The Los Angeles Police Department seized $1.4 million dollars in jewelry Rihanna borrowed from four jewelers for a Grammy party in February.

She was also wearing the jewelry when Sony Music singer Chris Brown beat her up, over attacking him regarding a text message he received from another woman. Why did she borrow that much money in jewelry for a Grammy party, anyway. Isn't that a bit over the top and pretentious.
