Japan has sustained a massive 9.1. earthquake, killing hundreds with
thousands missing and feared dead. A train and cruise ship full of
passengers is also missing. The enormous quake also set off a tsunami that
wreaked more havoc. Authorities are struggling to contain the Fukushima nuclear power plant
that has been destabilized by the natural disaster. The Judiciary Report
