Avril Lavigne Steals Song Again

July 12. 2007

Is that a Kabbalah red string poking out from under that left wristband?

This is a follow up to the July 9, 2007 article "Avril Lavigne Steals Songs" where singers Chantal and separately, The Rubinoos, publicly accused Avril of stealing their music.

Avril has now been caught red-handed again stealing from another singer. This time it's Peaches. A few sites have written about the striking similarities in Avril's 2007 song “I Don’t Have to Try” to an old song by Peaches titled "I’m the Kinda.”

Furthermore, Avril listed the song by Peaces as one of her favorites in 2003...now a knock off of it has mysteriously appeared on her album, four years later. I checked the songs and they are very much alike. She willfully stole it.

See links below for song comparisons. Note on the links: the song contains profanity.

Avril, I've been noticing the red Kabbalah string you've been wearing on your wrist. Are you in the Kabbalah cult under madwoman Madonna's tutelage. Rhetorical question.

To my site readers, please pardon Avril's rude finger gesture and faux attempts at punk rock:

Because I find it amazing that for years you didn't have any plagiarism problems, then bam, you start wearing the Kabbalah cult red string and start stealing copyrights from artists, left right and center, among them an artist, Peaches, that AMG (All Music Guide) slammed Madonna for ripping off a few years ago. In fact, Madonna has ripped off Peaches repeatedly. Just asking.

The Kabbalah cult is known for stealing. As a matter of fact, Radar magazine obtained a private Kabbalah cult memo that  reflected their policy of "stealing copyrights" at any cost from anywhere you can get it, which is a federal and international crime.

Oh Avril, what have you gotten yourself into. You were doing well in the industry without said cult, now they are causing your downfall. Audiences are taking you to task over these thefts. Google it.

Avril Lavigne Loves to Steal - Published by Alyk July 10th, 2007 in Avril Lavigne. Amid allegations that she blatantly ripped off 70’s band the Rubinoos, Avril Lavinge is under scrutiny for stealing another song.

Avril claimed there was no way she could have stolen the Rubinoos tune “I Wanna Be Your Boyfriend” to make her song “Girlfriend,” because she never heard their song before.

She’ll have a much harder time denying she stole Peaches’ song “I’m the Kinda.” It sounds suspiciously similar to Avril’s 2007 suck-job song “I Don’t Have to Try.” In an interview with InStyle Magazine, Avril listed the 2003 song as one of her top seven “songs that inspire.”

I guess it inspires the theft of intellectual property. Take a listen and tell me what you think.
