The defamation and libel lawsuit against  Sony Music artist Britney Spears, by her former manager, Sam Lufti, is costing the pop deviant a bundle in legal fees. $935 per hour to be exact. There are top notch criminal defense lawyers that don't even make that much. Is Britney a serial killer or something - why are the legal fees so high.

This is in addition to her child custody and conservatorship legal fees. I hope the one lesson Britney can take away from this is...it is much cheaper to be sane.

Lufti, who managed Spears for a few months, contends he has been defamed by Britney Spears and her unintelligent, greedy stage mother and as a result, has filed suit to clear his name. He is also seeking management fees he states he is owed.

Lufti has an oral contract and though those are binding, coming from a kook like Britney, the judge might tell him she was loco when she did it and thus it is not enforceable.

He has been exposed to public ridicule and hostility, due to Spears' accusations, when she's a child biting devil herself. Neither is innocent, so it shall be interesting to see how the case unfolds and embarrassing for Britney if Lufti starts spilling all her secrets.  

This isn't Spears' main problem right now, as it is being reported she hears voices in her head and answers back to them.
