Britney Spears’ mom Lynne is in denial about her daughter’s schizophrenia, claiming TLC cured her (no, not the music group). No Lynne, it was the host of psych meds the doctors gave her that calmed her down.

In addition to her psychotic conduct that was witnessed by the public, your daughter did some pretty sick things that only few in the industry know about, habits that she hasn't quite given up.

Lynne Spears says her daughter Britney turned her life around after her much publicised breakdown thanks to 'a lot of love and care and help.'

'Sometimes you have to just settle down,' she told Lorraine Kelly on GMTV.

'You have to stop, think. And there’s a lot of people that care about Britney and love Britney, and Britney’s doing great now.'
