With millions spent on her upkeep, non-singing singer, Britney Spears, continues to trek around Los Angeles like an escapee from the zoo, just experiencing freedom for the first time. 

Her appearance and expressions betray the fact she is still loco. Spears actually went out of her house yesterday dressed like a Harlem Globetrotter with a bad weave.
