US Weekly is reporting, pop tart, Britney Spears, went shopping in New York City, wearing her nightgown and it certainly appears that way. She also has stains on her clothes again and uncombed hair. They say going out in public in one's night clothes is a sign on mental illness. Who would have thought Britney Spears would do something crazy (well, everybody).

Side Bar: I was on a website that has a sub-section giving advice on how to replicate a celebrity's look and it featured Britney Spears. I thought to myself, they need to stop, really. The weed-whacker weave is not fashionable. Bob Marley had less knots than Britney.
