Based on released information, tickets to Sony singer and womanbeater Chris Brown's fan appreciation tour are not selling. The public backlash against him continues.

Ironically, Rihanna, the girlfriend Brown was arrested for beating in retaliation for her hitting him, has seen sluggish sales and poor reviews of her new singles "Russian Roulette" and "Wait Your Turn" as well.

Thursday, November 5, 2009 - Tickets to Chris Brown's tour just aren't selling. Shamed R'n'B star Chris Brown is finding it hard to escape his past. Ticket sales for his comeback Fan Appreciation tour just aren't selling, with even the small venues still undersold.

The first date is scheduled for November 14 at the House of Blues in Houston, with the final gig at the Big Apple's Nokia Theatre on December 15.

Tons of tickets are still available for all dates - fans (if he still has any) can bag up to 50 tickets at a time for most gigs.

'This is definitely not the outcome Jive Records [Chris's label] hoped for,' says an industry exec. He suggested that the memory of Chris Brown's assault on ex girlfriend Rhianna in February might be behind the slow sales...
