CNN: Cable Careless News Network

Headlines this week state CNN is set to be sued by Venezuelan prime minister Hugo Chavez for publicly linking him to Al Qaeda, an allegation he denies. 

CNN seems to be getting in a lot of hot water lately. A few months ago, a caption flashed across the screen that read “WHERE IS OBAMA” over a picture of confessed terrorist Osama Bin Laden. This was an error on CNN's part on American presidential hopeful Barack Obama’s name.  

Then there was white CNN anchor Wolf Blitzer’s slip live on air, while looking at suffering Hurricane Katrina survivors and exclaiming, “They are so black!” That was really smooth Wolfie – not! 

Not to mention, more recently, another headline flashed across the screen screaming “BUSH RESIGNS” instead of what it should have read “BLAIR RESIGNS.” 

One thing is clear, the C in CNN must stand for cannabis, because they are clearly smoking something over there. Nice work Time Warner – not! 

But that’s what happens when you run a propaganda machine and not a news network.
