Crooked Judge Ruled In Favor Of His Benefactor

March 2. 2009

Justice Brent Benjamin (AP)

Justice Brent Benjamin ruled in favor of a litigant that paid millions to elect him, which gives the impression he is corrupt. He should not have presided over a case with such a terrible conflict of interest, but he knowingly did anyway. That does not look good.

This happens often in the U.S. judicial system, where crooked judges that have a vested financial interest in a litigant, rules in their favor. It's even happened in murder cases, leaving victims denied justice.

I experienced this myself in Miami Federal Court when Judge Cecilia Altonaga mysteriously kept ruling in favor of Madonna and Sony, when everyone could see they were criminally stealing preexisting copyrights belonging to me. Madonna has been slammed by others in newspapers for bribing people.

After I went to the FBI about the criminal side of the case, as copyright infringement, hacking and wiretapping are federal crimes, Madonna tried to have me killed Anthony Pellicano style, who is her former, now incarcerated private investigator.

Judge Altonaga's child was given Sony stock and her husband's law firm, Holland And Knight, is on Sony's payroll as legal counsel (George Mencio). She confessed to this when I forced the issue in writing.

She knew all this and sat her corrupt backside on the case anyway and kept ruling in their favor, while trying to get ignorant and rude with me unprovoked, all while they were and continue to criminally steal items from my Copyrighted Catalog.

Cecilia Altonaga

You've disgraced the Judiciary in the world with your deeds that cannot be justified. I hope it was worth selling out the court's name over, to the millions of people domestically and worldwide that have read about the case and slammed your conduct.

What have you really gained? Madonna's career and sales are in the toilet, as she got so flagrant with the stealing, emboldened by your court corruption, People stopped supporting her.

She simply went overboard, even ripping off my copyrighted life story, which is sick and creepy and sent a Hollywood actor from a film stolen from my Copyrighted Catalog to harass me on my birthday.

Her label Warner Music took a bad hit as well and plunged into financial ruin after your corruption and that of your coworkers in the court - and now Sony is buckling, hemorrhaging money, while rivals thrive. They've all lost far more than they've gained through breaking the law - they are so far into the red. God is just.

Still, there is a terrible part of this story that has not been revealed yet, but mark my words, when it is made public via this website, you shall see why I have been angry over their misconduct.

In closing, as you can see, it is very easy to buy a legal case, but nearly impossible to buy one's name and that of the court back, after it is exposed as corrupt. Buyer beware.

Case May Define When a Judge Must Recuse Self

W.Va. Justice Ruled for a Man Who Spent Millions to Elect Him

...That company's chief executive vowed an appeal to the West Virginia Supreme Court -- but first, he spent an unprecedented $3 million to persuade voters to get rid of a justice he didn't like and elect one he did.

That justice provided the decisive vote in overturning Caperton's multimillion-dollar award.

And the case raises profound questions about the way Americans elect their judges, the duty of judges to recuse themselves when the people who bankrolled their campaigns come before them and, even, the very meaning of judicial impartiality.

The facts are so compelling that John Grisham used them as a basis for his bestseller "The Appeal." On opposing sides during oral arguments Tuesday will be two of the court's most prolific and persuasive practitioners, former solicitor general Theodore B. Olson and Andrew L. Frey...
