Jailed Hollywood actress, Lindsay Lohan is "being treated like a common criminal" according to her delusional mother, Dina - but that's exactly what she is at this juncture. What is this lady smoking. Lohan broke the law repeatedly, endangering other drivers and herself, via DUI, making her a common criminal.
