The White House today released an illogical explanation as to why other world leaders did not shake President Bush’s hands in the above posted video.

They stated it is due to the fact that he had shaken hands with some of the heads of state outside the summit. I don’t buy that. Everyone else was shaking hands before they took the photo and they all snubbed him. It came across as them not wanting to shake his hand if they don’t have to. Who needs that photo-op.
