Republican Representative, Darrell Issa, has labeled U.S. President Barack Obama, "One of the most corrupt presidents in modern times." The statements were made on the Rush Limbaugh Show. Issa later clarified his statements to reflect, the Obama Administration is one of the most corrupt in history. Same general meaning. 

President Obama has reneged on many of his promises, leading many critics and detractors to openly call him a hypocrite. He has no one to blame but himself, as people in public office are held up to a higher standard.
