Oscar winning actress, Halle Berry, filed legal paperwork last week to strip her ex-boyfriend, model, Gabriel Aubry, of joint custody of their 3-year-old daughter Nahla Aubry. Berry contends, as does the child's nanny, Aubry is a physically abusive racist that endangered Nahla.  A judge has decided to allow Aubry to retain custody, but all visits must be supervised. The Judiciary Report is concerned about little Nahla and hopes she will be okay.
