A weary, yet worried looking FBI Director Robert Mueller and a very nervous looking co-worker

I had a dream the other night and in it I kept punching FBI Director Robert Mueller right in the face - left hook, right hook, upper cut - over and over again. I woke up feeling so happy and refreshed. Hmm, I wonder what the dream means *smirk*.

What was I writing about again? Oh yes, that's right, the FBI getting clowned in Congress again. The chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, John Conyers, is not happy with the FBI’s response to the banking crisis that has gripped America.

I think they have the resources, but FBI headquarters' agenda is just corrupt and therein lies the problem.

Key Lawmaker Concerned With DOJ-FBI Actions On Mortgage Fraud

October 28, 2008: 01:41 PM EST - WASHINGTON -(Dow Jones)- The chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, Rep. John Conyers, D-Mich., expressed concern Tuesday that the Justice Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation are not doing enough to investigate mortgage fraud.

"A national crisis requires a national response, and the department has yet to convince us that it did, and is doing, its part to adequately and promptly respond," Conyers, joined by two other House Democrats, said in a letter to Attorney General Michael Mukasey and FBI Director Robert Mueller.

Among other things, Conyers said he was struck by the fact that state attorneys general and not the Justice Department have appeared to take the lead on legal issues with major lenders...
