Matt Damon Does Not Like Sarah Palin

Actor, Matt Damon, who plays Jason Bourne in the Bourne Ultimatum movies, slammed John McCain's running mate Sarah Palin, referring to her as a "Bad Disney film." He is entitled to his opinion. John McCain's spokesman denounced the actor's statements.

However, some have been trying to gauge the impact of Hollywood's influence on the public. Today, a CNN television poll stated 2/3's of respondents voted they don't care about the opinions of Hollywood stars such as "Matt Damon" and "Whoopi Goldberg" regarding the election.

Many will further be watching the results of the 2008 U.S. presidential election to gauge whether Hollywood helped or hurt their candidate, Democratic liberal Barack Obama.
