A source tells the Judiciary Report that pop singer Justin Bieber has looked at fans with desire in his eyes and is open to dating one (Justin, remember the song Billie Jean, "Don't go around breaking young girls' hearts"). His relationship with actress Selena Gomez has been quite rocky behind the scenes, as the Judiciary Report first revealed (Justin Bieber And Selena Gomez Are Having Relationship Problems (Part 3)).

Bieber should be careful, as Gomez is quite smitten with him and would get very upset over a permanent break-up (she maybe able to fight better than he can and could lay a smack down on him for cheating, which the site does not advise).

However, Bieber, who is 18 is at that age where he is not sure about love. He should choose wisely or it could bring him a lot of problems. When you are in the public eye, the wrong person can bring you down and vice versa.
