Killer Of Teenage Transvestite Found Guilty

April 22. 2009

Transvestite Justin Zapata

A 32-year-old man in Colorado, Allen Andrade, was convicted of murdering an 18-year-old transvestite, Justin Zapata, who did not tell him he is a man and not a woman. Justin furnished him with the name "Angie" and dressed as a woman.

The two met online on a social networking website and after going to the 18-year-old's apartment several months ago, his suspicions were aroused the teenager was actually a man.

When Andrade confronted teen, Justin Zapata, he lied and stated he is not a man, but a woman. This prompted Andrade to grab Zapata's genitals as a test, which confirmed the 18-year-old was lying about being a woman.

Enraged, Andrade began hitting the teenager with his fists, knocking him to the floor. He then reached for a fire extinguisher and hit him twice on the head with the object. Shortly after, upon hearing the victim gurgling blood and saliva, then viewing him sit up, Andrade brutally administered the final blow with the fire extinguisher, killing the the teenager.

Andrade was heard on prison tapes stating to his girlfriend, "Gay things must die." He has now been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Andrade had every right to be angry at being deceived about the sex of the 18-year-old he became romantically involved with online, then visited, but he had no right to hit, assault, then kill him. Murder is a violation of the law and this case certainly does not appear to be self-defense.

I do not agree with the gay lifestyle, as I am a Christian. However, as Christians we do not believe in killing people.

Many gays in America and in other countries, have been assaulted and killed over this deceitful practice. It is unwise and very dangerous to lie to a man, stating you are a woman, when you are not. Do not bend the truth or anything else that you've temporarily tucked away, in a bid to convince a heterosexual man to sleep with you.

This case brings to mind the high profile murder trial that stemmed from a heterosexual male guest on the Jenny Jones Show, Jonathan Schmitz, later killing an admirer, Scott Amedure, who had him invited to the televised program, to tell him he is gay and has a crush on him. Embarrassment turned to rage, then murder.

Surprising people in this manner is not a good idea.
