Drug addled actress, Lindsay Lohan, cares more about paparazzi photo fees, than rehab, as that is her primary focus while ensconced in the Betty Ford Clinic in California. Outlets are reporting she is busy attempting to extract cash for first post-rehab photos, when she is released from the Betty Ford Clinic, which has helped a number of people. 

However, how can one focus on becoming clean and sober, while one is obsessing over greedy, low brow cash payments, for pre-arranged paparazzi photos, in funds that will end up right back in one's nostrils during a cocaine binge. Her parents are busy lining up their own interviews as well. Meanwhile, the process of recovery has taken a back seat to cash.
