Lindsay Lohan Probation Revoked

September 20. 2010

Lindsay Lohan

Los Angeles judge, Elden Fox, has revoked the probation of hard partying, drug addled actress, Lindsay Lohan, ordering the one-time child star to a hearing on Friday, September 24, 2010. As reported last week, Lohan failed two drug and alcohol monitoring tests, which is a violation of her probation on DUI charges. This marks the fourth time Lohan has violated her probation, indicating she is not taking the legal process seriously.

Lohan, was warned previously by Judge Fox that a fail substance abuse and alcohol test, could result in a 30 day stint in jail, for each instance of insobriety. She was also previously warned by the the original jurist that presided over the case, Judge Marsha Revel, to steer clear of probation violations, lest she end up in the slammer. As we all know, Lohan tossed all advice out the window and has landed herself right back in legal hot water.

For weeks the Judiciary Report warned that she was traipsing around with the same destructive crowd again and that it could only spell trouble. Lohan, who reads the site, didn't listen and is in legal trouble again. If one is an addict, why go back in the very midst of that temptation, which led to one's downfall. Common sense says avoid it and restructure one's life to stay clean and sober. If Lohan keeps up the misconduct, she is going to die young, due to her own folly.
