Someone beat the smirk off Madoff's face

Incarcerated ponzi schemer, Bernard Madoff, received an early Christmas gift in prison - a beat down that left him with broken ribs and a punctured lung. Good times. Madoff also has more bruises than Rihanna, which makes me wonder if Chris Brown was somehow involved (kidding).

Sources told ABC11 the disgraced financier was treated at Duke hospital in Durham last Friday and discharged earlier this week...

According to sources, he had facial fractures, broken ribs and a collapsed lung...
