Madoff Victims Speak Out

June 15. 2009

Victims of incarcerated fraudster Bernard Madoff have spoken out via their written testimonies, submitted to the court, witnessing to the terrible financial devastation his criminal conduct has wreaked in their lives. Madoff is the king of many ponzi schemers in America...and some still have not be caught yet, by the inefficient, incompetent FBI and SEC.

I am still of the belief, all FBI and SEC employees that kept silent about Madoff's criminal conduct and others like him, cases they were apprized of up to 10 years ago, according to irrefutable evidence and published reports, should be imprisoned for at least 5 years and forced to make financial restitution with every dime and asset they own. They betrayed the American people and the global financial world that invested in America in good faith.

If the U.S. government refuses to clean up corporate America and the ONGOING prevalent fraud, the government should step down as head of commerce for the world and let another nation do the job. If not, this will happen again, but much worse, due to the damage that has already been done.

People have been plunged into joblessness, poverty and homelessness in America and other nations around the world, squarely due to the financial crimes George W. Bush instructed the FBI and SEC to look the other way to, because in his sick, psychologically disturbed mind, the way to national prosperity was for the rich to become really rich via financially pillaging and decimating the bank accounts of middle class and lower income families.
