Because nothing says Merry Christmas like a punch to the face. Singer, Mary J. Blige, slugged her husband, Kendu, punching him in the face, for flirting with a waitress at her album launch party, then stating, "Are you going to Chris Brown me." She knocked the Kendu doo out of him.

In other unrelated news, Mary J. Blige recently opened a shelter for domestic violence victims. Maybe her husband should be admitted to the shelter. I'm just kidding, don't get mad. 

Side Bar: Chris Brown needs a woman like Mary J. Blige. Seriously, there cannot be a double standard regarding domestic violence. Men should not be hitting women and women should not be hitting men.

Posted on Dec 24, 2009 @ 01:50PM - Mary J Blige was caught on video fighting with her husband, Kendu Isaacs, at her record release party at NY club M2 on Tuesday. In the video, obtained by the NY Post Blige is seen raising her hand in front of Isaacs.

Witnesses said that Blige hit Isaacs in the face and left a bite mark on his hand...
