Former U.S. House Speaker, Nancy Pelosi, is refusing to accept the fact, she had a hand in the disastrous defeat of the Democrats in this month's U.S. mid-term elections. Pelosi, among others, via kooky quotes, led many to question the competence and sanity of the Democratic Party.

Though she was instrumental in pushing through many of President Barack Obama's unorthodox initiatives through Congress, Pelosi's ideas were at times, impractical, illogical and borderline idiotic. She pushed so many program that were a waste of taxpayer money and became an object of mockery and ridicule in the press and blogosphere.
