Gay R&B singer and so-called songwriter Ne-Yo, is sad over Sony Music artist Chris Brown’s violent attack on Rihanna, after a late night provocation. Ne-yo, who is gay (did I mention he is gay), spoke to half of the tussling couple, Rihanna.

He said the unauthorized release of the LAPD photo showing her injuries, “Hurt me to my heart.” Not the image she wants to portray, but it is what happened, after the two got into a terrible fight she clearly lost. Brown should have walked away from her.

LAPD Gets 'Serious' Over Rihanna Photo, 'Leaker' Faces 3 Years In Jail ?

Rihanna The Los Angeles Police Department says the person who leaked Rihanna's post-altercation photo is going to face "serious pain" !

According to a release Friday, a spokesman for the LAPD said "We are not treating this lightly. It's going to be a very painful experience for any personnel from this department and possibly those who they may have engaged in a conspiracy with to violate the laws of California."…

In related news, sources say entertainment website TMZ may be named in a felony case in addition to those who helped the website obtain Rihanna's 'battered' photograph, which had been entered as evidence in the pending case.
