4-29-09 - Sorry for the delay regarding the column and the site not being online for a while today. I wasn't aware of it until tonight. The same person from destination360.com again, filed another complaint regarding a photo on the site. First it was a complaint regarding a photo of Cuba in January, now it's one regarding a photo of Jamaica, when I did not get the photos from that site and they'd been on the site for almost a year. Furthermore, why didn't he file both complaints at the same time back in January (very telling) for photos legally usable under U.S. law ("Fair Use" section of the Copyright Act). It appears someone was offended again at what was written on the site (click here) and wanted yesterday's articles off the internet and illegally so. Take a look at said articles below and draw your own conclusions, as to who got mad about it and crazily tried to have the sites yanked again. So much for freedom of speech.

Obama Applauds FBI And CIA

April 28. 2009

FBI Director Robert Mueller (Satan) and president Barack Obama

This month, President Barack Obama has applauded the two law enforcement agencies that have brought the nation the most ridicule and denouncement in the country and the world.

Last week it was the CIA that actively practices torture, in violation of the Geneva Conventions, while former president George W. Bush, lied to the world regarding said misconduct, hypocritically condemning other countries that did so.

This week its the FBI, the law enforcement agency that engaged in corruption and stonewalling, which allowed the 9/11 attacks to get through, the first of its kind on U.S. soil, under Director Robert S. Mueller. The "S" in his name clearly stands for "Satan," "shifty" and "shady."

Why not go for a hat trick and applaud the NSA, which spies on Americans and foreigners. Then again, if the current, exorbitant budgetary spending with more planned in the pipeline continues on course, there will be no money for said federal agencies in the future.

Rather than applauding them, you need to be cleaning those agencies up. They are a major reason there is so much anti-American sentiment in the world.

CIA

The CIA toppled governments in foreign countries they trespassed in, to install people they wanted, in order to benefit financial and political interests in the federal government and White House.

Imagine if a foreign spying/law enforcement agency, decided they were going to covertly operate in America, without the permission of the government or people, in a bid to topple the Democratic party, to install who they wanted in government.

The U.S. government would be outraged and so would the American people, as that is not freedom and democracy. Not to mention, it is criminal trespassing. Well, that's how it looks to other nations of the world when the CIA does this in their countries, under the direction of the White House and federal government.

Fair is fair and each nation of this world God created should be treated with dignity and respect, in the management of their national affairs. No nation deserves to have a foreign law enforcement agency mucking around in its government, interfering and destroying political parties, against the will of the people and pillaging the resources of their corporate sector. The interference needs to stop.

When people in the international community hear the letters "CIA" they immediately associate it with dishonorable and derogatory things, thanks to the aforementioned conduct. You need to clean it up.

FBI

The FBI is approaching this territory as well, spying on government employees of other nations, their family members and separately, others who call business associates, friends and family in America.

This is after all the law enforcement agency that spied on anyone they felt like in America in violation of U.S. Law (still do) in a story I broke first (click here then scroll down).

This is the same law enforcement agency, whose director you called "outstanding" that has been spying on and retaliating against Muslims in America. He has been sued for doing so to a Muslim FBI employee, in a case where Mueller furnished no evidence of wrongdoing on the individual's part. He also grew incensed that he went to Congress about him.

Furthermore, he has been spying on Muslims at mosques. If there is a crime being committed at a mosque, by all means, investigate it. However, when you send individuals into mosques, in a sick game of divide and conquer, paying people to falsely accuse others, to get a trumped up case going, you have broken U.S. law.

Then, there are the international investigations, where the FBI breaks laws in foreign countries they visit. They abuse foreign law and enter domains they have no business in. They also show up unannounced, causing offense in foreign countries.

Once again, this is creating anti-American sentiment in the world. If another nation did this to the U.S. government, Washington would be furious and march to the U.N., which it has so corrupted and destroyed to the detriment of the world and people cease to take them seriously anymore.

Where has all this corruption led the world - to financial ruin, chaos and disorder.

This is not about the American people, as 99% of Americans do not know about the terrible things the government has been doing in the world, creating this negative sentiment. Furthermore, I do not believe the American people would approve if they did know.

Considering the reprehensible things the FBI continues to do, to applaud such conduct, sends a message to the world that you approve of corruption, treachery and lawlessness.

Not to mention, forthcoming revelations about their currently hidden misconduct shall leave the world appalled and outraged, making the Patriot Act abuses and what they did to Martin Luther King jr. look tame by comparison.

The fact of the matter is both the FBI and CIA have acted very dishonorably in their treatment of Americans and citizens of the world, in deeds the international community has them off for.

It's time they made those things right and stopped destroying the nation's name in the world with this terrible breed of corruption, treachery and dishonesty.

Other nations are not perfect, as there are other countries out there, who are doing things they are not supposed to under international law. However, the misdeeds coming out of the U.S. government has created the most harm in the world and it needs to be rectified. The government is no longer a force for good in the world and that needs to be corrected.

You need to clean those agencies up or history shall judge you for it. The world will not be impressed with rhetoric, because once it observes the same misconduct coming out of the U.S. government, the nation's standing in the international community will still remain in a state of disrepute.

Amnesty: Obama sends mixed message on human rights

April 28, 2009 20:25 EDT - LONDON (AP) -- A leading human rights group says President Barack Obama needs to do more to shake off what it says is the Bush administration's legacy of torture.

Amnesty International says Obama has made some important decisions in his first hundred days in office, but one of the report's authors says "from the perspective of the detainees, the change in administration has meant pretty much nothing." Rob Freer says "some of them have been held for seven years and need their cases resolved quickly." ...

UN torture envoy: US must prosecute Bush lawyers

Apr 24 10:17 AM US/Eastern - VIENNA (AP) - The U.S. is obligated by a United Nations convention to prosecute Bush administration lawyers who allegedly drafted policies that approved the use of harsh interrogation tactics against terrorism suspects, the U.N.'s top anti-torture envoy said Friday.

Earlier this week, President Barack Obama left the door open to prosecuting Bush administration officials who devised the legal authority for gruesome terror-suspect interrogations. He had previously absolved CIA officers from prosecution.

Manfred Nowak, who serves as a U.N. special rapporteur in Geneva, said Washington is obligated under the U.N. Convention against Torture to prosecute U.S. Justice Department officials who wrote memos that defined torture in the narrowest way in order to justify and legitimize it, and who assured CIA officials that their use of questionable tactics was legal...

UPDATE: Court Revives Rendition Lawsuit Against Boeing Unit

APRIL 28, 2009, 5:08 P.M. ET - WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--A federal appeals court Tuesday revived a lawsuit alleging that a unit of Boeing Co. (BA) helped the Central Intelligence Agency seize terrorism suspects abroad and secretly transfer them to other countries for interrogation.

The ruling reinstates allegations by five men who claim that U.S. operatives - with support from Jeppesen Dataplan Inc., a Boeing unit - abducted them and sent them to other countries where they were tortured. They allege that Jeppesen provided critical flight planning and logistical support to the CIA's "extraordinary rendition" program. The men are seeking unspecified monetary damages from the company...

"Our clients, who are among the hundreds of victims of torture under the Bush administration, have waited for years just to get a foot in the courthouse door," ACLU attorney Ben Wizner said. "Now, at long last, they will have their day in court."
