U.S. President Barack Obama, made an announcement today, regarding a new job plan he is unveiling for America. However, after 2 and 1/2 years in office, launching job plan, after job plan that have failed to fix widespread unemployment and business closures, the public is somewhat skeptical about the President's latest initiative. 

As the phrase goes, the proof will be in the pudding, if it really works this time in putting people back to work. Past attempts have only managed to increase the national deficit, with few jobs created to substantiate such expenditures.
