Video: Obama Wants Souter Replacement With 'Empathy' - The Associated Press

 

President Barack Obama is seeking an “empathetic” replacement for retiring Supreme Court Justice, David Souter’s seat. Souter was appointed by George Bush I.

His replacement, in addition to the other two appointments to come, shall bear much responsibilities, such as single-handedly sidestepping the democratic process and installing a president as they did with the 43rd one, George Bush II.
