Obama Seeks To Improve Emissions Standards May 19. 2009
President Barack Obama President Barack Obama seeks to improve emission standards, by taking California’s rates and applying it to the entire nation. He has introduced legislation regarding this measure. Emission standards involve the gas emitted from cars that contributes to the negative greenhouse effect.
