Obama Sends Out Budget Challenge

President Barack Obama, tired of criticism regarding his heavy spending, has sent out a budget challenge to all complaining, to come up with a better one.

I think a better budget would be spending a significant amount less than what is currently on the table. One can take on a lot of issues that need addressing, but spending too much, especially in a short space of time is dangerous.

One can get saddled with bad debt doing so - the kind that pans out to be fruitless. Some of the spending measures need to go. Some of the issues being addressed do not need the kind of spending that has been proposed.

The government must remember the word "budget" means one is actually on one. The financial sky is not the limit on a budget.
