An old, unpublished photo of the late pop singer, Michael Jackson, from his "Invincible" CD is up for auction. He looked sad in the photo, revealing he was unhappy, as many had suspected for years.

Michael Jackson's dad Joe, has initiated litigation against Dr. Conrad Murray, the doctor who irresponsibly and negligently overmedicated the singer, in acts that culminated into an overdose and heart failure. 

Murray continues to practice medicine, which under the circumstances, he should not. While I'm not a doctor, I could never fathom giving anyone that much medication in less than 24 hours. I would rather have quit my job, as anyone that knows anything about pharmacology should be able to tell you, it was a recipe for disaster and death.
