Questioning The President

The Questions Interviewers Are Scared To Ask…But Should Be Asking

July 15. 2007

1. Estimates have placed the death toll in the Iraq war between 650,000 to 1,000,000 people, mostly Iraqi civilians – men, women, children, babies and grandparents. How can this be a good thing? How can this be the answer?

2. Do you ever think about those 650,000 to 1,000,000 people and their families who’ve been left to mourn them - the anger, hurt and hatred they feel for a situation that was chosen for them, by someone who isn’t even one of them? What do you say to them?

3. How do you feel about the overwhelmingly horrible international and domestic view regarding the war in Iraq, essentially being sustained by two people, you and Vice President Cheney, against the wishes of the American people and the world? Is that democracy or autocracy?

4. Saddam Hussein was accused of killing 4,000 Iraqis during his bloody rein. The war you ordered in Iraq has claimed much more lives than that, estimated to be between 650,000 to 1,000,000 people. How do you put in perspective that more Iraqis have died at your hands than his?

5. Why did you misrepresent the war to the American people and the rest of the world?

6. It’s been reported that billions of dollars in Iraqi oil is missing, what happened to it? It was the property of the Iraqi people in the Middle East. Where did it go?

7. How do you feel about reports of Halliburton relocating to Dubai in the Middle East?

8. Many newspaper journalists, authors and bloggers have publicly accused you of starting the war in Iraq over oil, with it now being revealed that Iraq now has the potential to be the world’s biggest oil producer, was this the true reason for the war in Iraq?

9. The British people are very angry with former Prime Minister Tony Blair for following you into this war and in turn they are furious with you. How do you feel about the terror attacks and attempts they’ve sustained that are directly attributed to the war?

10. What would you tell the families of the British men and women who died in war sparked terror attacks in London if you could sit in a room with them?

11. It was announced this weekend that Russian Premier Vladimir Putin has pulled out of the Conventional Armed Forces in Europe Treaty due to your planned missile shield that will point missiles at his country. In light of the fact that you misrepresented the war in Iraq where 650,000 to 1,000,000 people have died, do you believe he has reason to trust you with a shield that will be pointing missiles at his country?

12. Why did you refuse Putin’s offer of a mutual missile site?

13. Have you ever tampered with or corrupted the Supreme Court, as you have been publicly accused of doing on different occasions?

14. How do you feel about prominent senators publicly standing together to condemn the recent decision by your Supreme Court regarding race based school programs to help level the playing field in America, considering it is run by your two appointees Roberts and Alito?

15. The Supreme Court has a long history of getting it wrong. In fact they get it wrong more than it get it right. They are after all, the entity that boorishly shot down a case decades ago that would have allowed blacks the right to vote. How do you explain why the highest court in the country always seems so out of step with justice, human rights and human decency?

16. You have appointed a number of judges to the bench that have presided over cases with verdicts bearing all the hallmarks of shameful corruption. How do you think their conduct reflects upon you?

17. Have you ever illegally wiretapped an innocent person seeking information to help you or give you an advantage in your presidency?

18. Have you ever ordered the interception of the mail of an innocent person to gain documents that would give you an advantage in your presidency?

19. The dollar hit a 26 year low against the pound this week, which can be interpreted as peeling back 26 years of progress. It was reported that foreign investors are forgoing investing in US bonds as the US housing market has collapsed. Foreclosures in America are up 90% and consumer shopping for the nation hit a low last month, down noticeably from last year. In light of this, why do you keep saying the economy is strong in your radio, TV and press pieces? Does it not strike you that something has gone seriously wrong with those record lows? Does it not strike you that the country is suffering?

20. Are you concerned that there may be a depression upon the country by next year as some reputable domestic and international analysts are warning?

21. Have you ever cheated on your wife?

22. Have you ever cheated on your wife with a member of your administration?

23. Many people have been demanding that you be impeached. Do you ever think about it actually happening? Do you think it’s coming, as some believe?

24. Do you ever think about the uncanny parallels between your presidency and that of Richard Nixon?

25. The reaction to you in and outside the country has been extremely virulent. How does it feel being the most hated human being in the world?

26. How do you reconcile being a believer in Christ, as you’ve said, even making reference to a “loving and merciful God” in a tribute to the wonderful Ruth Graham, yet order a misrepresented war that has been unloving and unmerciful. As a Christian, I want to know what your answer is, as many innocent people are dead and that’s all I see in that situation.

27. If you could stand before God (and according to the Bible, one day you will at Judgment Day) and give an explanation for the war in Iraq and the 650,000 to 1,000,000 people – men, women, children, babies and grandparents who have died terrible deaths because of the war you ordered and misrepresented, exactly what would you say to Him?
