Rahm To Challenge Chicago's 1-Year Residency Rule In Court

Rahm Emanuel, the former Chief of Staff, to President Barack Obama, is contesting a local Chicago residency rule, in his bid to be mayor of the famous city. Emanuel, has failed to meet the requirement of having lived in the City of Chicago, one year leading up to the mayoral election. 

Rahm Emanuel: Wait A Minute...I Have A Plan To Rahm It Through in Court! 

As such, he shall challenge the rule via a lawsuit, with the hope an exception will be made and he be allowed to toss his cap into the ring and participate in the election as a candidate. Rahm did a walkabout in Chicago asking citizens what the issues are, to which the Judiciary Report jokingly thought, "What do you think they are, everybody is broke and unemployed like most of the country!"
