Polls released this week indicate, Texas Governor, Rick Perry, is still the front runner for the 2012 U.S. presidential election. There was some scrutiny in the press about his debate performance, but it has not hurt him in the major polls. Fellow Republican and former Massachusetts Governor, Mitt Romney, is currently running second. Incumbent, President Barack Obama, rounds out the bunch at third.

If Perry and Romney pooled their resources they would make a strong ticket. The only thing that can politically redeem Obama's troubled presidency is massive job creation, but there is very little time left before the next election and his current plans regarding unemployment, have been denounced by economists in America and around the world. It's back to the drawing board, as the Obama Administration, does not seem to grasp the concept of ready made jobs and how to put them in motion quickly, but it can be done.
