It is abundantly clear, Madonna's plastic surgeon has her off for something. He is clearly holding a grudge, because every time the thieving pop tart goes under the knife, she comes out looking stranger than before. At this point, her face looks like a deranged puppet, which cannot be better than wrinkles. 

She has the worst plastic surgery of any celebrity in Hollywood. Barbie has less plastic in her face. It's just deserts for stealing from starving, poor people in Africa to fund her lavish lifestyle. The one thing she wants she has been unsuccessful in buying - youth - because she has aged so poorly, unlike many of her contemporaries in Hollywood.
