16-year-old Daniel Julez Smith, the
nephew of singer Beyonce, has been engaging in criminal
behavior on the internet. Smith, whose mother is singer
Solange Knowles, began dating actress Skai Jackson and
the two made a sex tape when he was 15 and she 17.
Jackson broke up with Smith, only for
him to release the sextape to the internet out of
revenge, which is a crime on two counts. As they were
both minors at the time, the sextape is child porn. It
