Singer and actor, Marques Houston, is being slammed on social networking, for his engagement to 19-year-old, Miyana "Miya" Dickey. Houston met Miya when she was an underage girl. She is the informally adopted daughter of Houston's 51-year-old music producer, Chris Stokes, who has repeatedly been accused of being a pedophile.

Items online state Miya ran away from home at age 15, which is also cause for concern. There is a missing persons poster of her online. None of this looks good, especially considering Stokes and Houston's history, regarding allegations of pedophilia.

Houston's mother died of cancer when he was 15-years-old and Stokes took it upon himself to be a father figure to the bereaved boy. However, based on allegations in the public domain, Stokes sexually abused Houston and used him to abuse other boys.

Stokes signed the underage acts Immature (IMX), B2K, Quindon Tarver, Gyrl, Jhene Aiko, NLT, O'Ryan, Jane 3, Dame Four, Tom Gurl Four and Ashley Rose Orr. Stokes also tried to sign an underage singer Sammy, but based on what is written online, that went very wrong.

There is an allegation online that Stokes invited Sammy to a sleepover with his other underage artists and tried to hold an initiation, where the 12-year-old boy was sexually propositioned. An item online states Sammy was appalled and contacted his cousin to pick him up immediately from Stokes' house. Sammy went on to sign with Dallas Austin and released the 1999 hit "I Like It."

Stokes, who had an imprint label, Tug, repeatedly signed underage kids to his label, as listed above, despite the fact he is an adult. Stokes also named the underage boyband B2K after a gay male porn site. Stokes further named his imprint record label "Tug." That's all very suspect and inappropriate under the circumstances. He should have named the label Crack cause that's clearly what he's on.

I've wondered why Stokes, a grown man, signed so many kids, as most record labels are largely comprised of adults, which is more profitable and it is easier to make the latter successful. Age restrictions bar minors from performing in a number of venues nationwide. The U.S. government also has schooling requirements and a limit on the number of hours a minor can work per day. Signing kids to record deals requires more work and they often generate less revenues.

There's nothing wrong with signing teen acts, but a label being exclusively built on a roster of said demographic, while being run by a male whose integrity has repeatedly been called into question, is alarming and cause for concern. However, it's Hollywood, where pedophilia runs rampant and they often get away with murder, due to Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) corruption.

In 2005, singer Raz B (real name DeMario Thornton) of B2K posted a video on You Tube alleging his cousin, Stokes, and Houston, molested him when he 15-years-old and destitute. As with Houston, Stokes had become the informal guardian for Raz B (much like he did regarding 15-year-old run away Miya Dickey).

Raz B and former child star, Quindon Tarver, also stated other underage recording artists in Stokes' camp were molested. Tarver, stated the same of Stokes and Marques Houston, regarding being molested by them. The allegations were carried in the popular African-American magazines Vibe and Essence, as well as on many websites of radio stations, newspapers and blogs.

Raz B stated he was threatened over his truthful statements regarding Stokes and Houston. I believe him, as Stokes threatened me over posting what Raz B and Tarver stated in public articles, featured in magazines and You Tube videos, in acts that, mark my words, when all is said and done, will live in infamy for that devious bully (Stokes).

First he sent one law firm after me, but then they quit. Then he sent a second law firm after me, and they also quit. Then, he sent a publicist after me, which really was the last straw when I saw the word "coerce" in her email (Chris Stokes Tried To Bribe Me To Remove Articles About Boyband B2K Being Sexually Molested As Underage Boys).

To coerce means, "Persuade an unwilling person to do something by using force of threats. 'They were coerced into silence'. Obtain something by using force or threats 'their confessions were allegedly coerced by torture." It implies violence.

B2K as kids

First of all, he lost his mind having all those people contact me. Something like that would not work with me. He has no idea who he's playing with, as I'm not afraid of him or anyone on this earth. I've faced worse than Stokes and defeated them. I don't play checkers. I play chess. He's not a worthy opponent. He's trying to win little battles, while I focus on winning the war. When he least expects it, I am going to get him into a world of trouble and he will face justice within the scope of the law for what he's been doing to children in the industry.

Stokes is a villain, thug and bully. The Judiciary Report does receive a significant amount of traffic in the millions (readers/visitors), but there are other sites who carried the story as well, who have more people reading their pages (Bossip blog, Essence magazine). Yet, he was obsessed with this one. Essence magazine, is carried on newsstands around America in minority neighborhoods, is more known among urban audiences, yet he kept targeting this site.

Not to mention, under U.S. law, websites have immunity regarding reporting on stories they did not originate. I am not the source of the Raz B and Quindon Tarver allegations (though I believe them, which is my right as a human being). I merely reported on what I saw in their You Tube videos and read on external websites, such as Vibe, among others. You can't sue for that. U.S. case law illustrates this fact, which is why his lawyers could go no further than issuing empty threats.

At the end of the day, children should not have to face molestation because they have a dream of being entertainers. The mere concept that they should be molested in exchange for living their dreams as child stars, is sick, but it is one a number of people in Hollywood operate under. Even allegedly kid friendly Disney is a molestation factory. So many Disney child stars have been molested.

Congress needs to clean up Hollywood. Continue the work that has been done in locking up men like Harvey Weinstein. There's still some sick stuff going on in the industry that's harming innocent people, including children, and it needs to stop ASAP.

Earlier this month, Twitter lost its mind after they realized Marques is engaged to a 19-year-old named Miya. Back in March 2019, Marques announced he had proposed to Miya. They first started dating in September 2018 but not many people knew her age until recently.
