Harvey Weinstein (center) perp walked

This is a follow up to the December 30, 2019 article "Los Angeles Prosecutors Mulling Filing A Criminal Case Against Harvey Weinstein Regarding 8 Victims" regarding Harvey Weinstein, whom I exposed first in March 2009 and again in February 2017, as a dangerous sexual predator. Then, Weinstein was publicly exposed in October 2017 by the New York Times newspaper and the New Yorker magazine as a sexual predator.

As the phrase goes, "When it rains it pours." Fallen movie producer, Harvey Weinstein, is currently on trial for rape and sexual assault in New York. This week prosecutors in Los Angeles also announced criminal charges against Weinstein in California, for raping and sexually assaulting women.

The news of the indictment from California was a terrible and deserved blow on the first day of his New York criminal trial, which has demoralized and shaken him. The timing of the Los Angeles charges were clearly planned to coincide with the commencement of the New York case, to weaken his defense, break his confidence and rattle him.

The charges in California stem from Weinstein raping two women in Los Angeles, two days a part, in separate incidents that occurred in 2013, all while his wife, who has recently divorced him, was 8-months pregnant with his child. If convicted of the charges in California, 67-year-old Weinstein faces 28-years in prison. Weinstein is also potentially facing the rest of his life in prison, if convicted on the charges in the New York rape case.

As it is two different jurisdictions within America, if he is convicted in both states, the sentences will not run concurrently. This means he could face prison in New York and if he lives out the sentence, he would face incarceration in California as well, if convicted in both trials.

Then there is the matter of the legal fees. A case of this magnitude can easily run $10,000,000 in legal fees. That means Weinstein's legal defense could wipe out $20,000,000 of any funds he has left after the assets of his Weinstein Company were auctioned off at a bankruptcy auction.

As Weinstein did these sick sexual acts, he can also be personally sued by many women (some have already sued, but there are more victims), which could wipe out all the money he has left. As he is in such public disfavor, it is easy for victims to sue Weinstein.

Considering he is a thieving scumbucket that stole people's copyrights, cheated people out of their pay, recklessly subjected insurance companies to massive lawsuits that ate away at their profits, defrauded charities like Amfar out of millions of dollars and misappropriated Weinstein Company money, he deserves this financial disaster of his own making. Weinstein was also so very cruel, mean and evil to many people in the industry, treating folks like garbage.

Weinstein was extremely verbally abusive. He even threatened to murder people and their families, in conduct his fellow Hollywood cult members, Madonna and Jay Z, have also engaged in at others' expense (New York Attorney General Lawsuit States Harvey Weinstein Threatened To Kill His Employees And Their Families).

It's hard to feel sorry for people who behave in this manner, as they are completely evil. There is no excuse for such criminal behavior. It is so unnecessary and has nothing to do with making music or movies. It is ego driven, arrogant and hateful bile from human garbage.
