A formal complaint was made to the FBI accusing Jay Z, Harvey Weinstein and rapper Pusha T of drugging and raping a 13-year-old girl. The complaint states the drugging and rape occurred in 1996, which is two years after Jay Z debuted with his song "In My Lifetime."
