Republicans In Congress Tell Nancy Pelosi They Are Not Impeaching President Trump

Republican senator Lindsey Graham has informed U.S. House Speaker, Nancy Pelosi that he and his colleagues in Congress will not be impeaching U.S. president, Donald Trump, over a heavily disputed call with Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky. Graham is prepping a letter for his fellow party members in Congress to sign.

The letter states they, "Do not believe the transcript of the phone call between the president and the Ukraine is an impeachable offense." Graham further stated of Pelosi and her fellow Democrats, "They’re about to destroy the nation for no good reason. And I want Nancy Pelosi to know that Republican senators are not going to impeach this president based on this transcript, so she can stop now before she destroys the country.”

The telephone call revolves around claims Trump asked the Ukrainian government to look into the conduct of former U.S. vice president, Joe Biden and his son, Hunter Biden, regarding a $1 billion dollar business deal, procured using political ties. Biden was later seen on video threatening that if the Ukrainian government doesn’t drop a criminal inquiry into his son and the $1 billion deal that many state is illegal for political reasons, Biden would make sure then president, Barack Obama, does not give the Ukraine any U.S. taxpayer money in aid. It was seen as blackmail and coercion.

Now it has been exposed Obama and Biden did the same thing to the Ukraine.

Impeachment talks regarding Trump accelerated into a Democrat led inquiry when former U.S. vice president, Joe Biden, began having trouble in the polls and at debates, in his bid to become the Democrats’ official nominee for the 2020 presidential election. Republicans have publicly stated they are of the belief the impeachment attempt is an effort by the Democrats to stop Trump from winning the 2020 presidential election, which is slated to take place in 1-year.
