This is a follow up to the September 19, 2019 Judiciary Report article "The FBI Criminally Violating The Constitution And Wasting Taxpayer Money In Spying On Innocent People In Their Homes For Profit." In the article I stated the FBI has been wasting taxpayer money illegally paying informants.

In the article 2-months ago I wrote, based on my own experiences with the FBI, "The mere fact the FBI is doing this, via the teacher, a paid informant, among others (yes, your taxpayer money) says they are psychotics wasting taxpayer money."

2-months after I published the article to this site, the U.S. Inspector General released a report revealing the FBI has spent a massive $42,000,000 in taxpayer money questionably paying informants and at least one of the informants is a pedophile and convicted sex offender (which is right up their alley as the FBI was slammed by human rights activists for becoming the world's top distributor of child porn). The FBI has wasted $300,000,000 in taxpayer money on paying informants between 2012 and 2018.

The Inspector General's report revealed the money was not being properly managed or audited for abuses by the FBI. Therefore, it was a free for all at the agency, at taxpayers expense. That is absolutely disgraceful. They're treating taxpayer money like it's their own personal piggy bank to do with what they wish.

That is not sane or appropriate behavior and it has been going on since former FBI Director Robert Mueller was at the helm of the agency, to his protégé James Comey and now under current chief Christopher Wray as well. The massive waste was set in motion by Mueller, who misappropriated millions of dollars during his time at the FBI. He set the tone for this criminal waste.

Mueller's spending was the most profligate of any FBI employee in history. He spent $1 billion dollars in taxpayer money for a repeatedly failed computer system, where an audit revealed millions of dollars in budget money for the project went missing and has never been recovered.

Mueller also commandeered a $40,000,000 private jet Congress gave FBI agents for emergency missions on terrorism cases, to enable them to quickly fly anywhere in America and the world. Mueller took over the private jet that costs $50,000 to fuel per trip and began using it to fly in luxury all over America to deliver his crappy speeches in non-emergencies. Mueller cost the taxpayers billions of dollars.

BREAKING: DOJ OIG Releases Report Showing FBI Spends $42 Million a Year on Secret Informants – And At Least One Was a Child Sex Offender!

November 20, 2019 - A report released yesterday by the DOJ IG shows that the FBI is corrupt, mismanaged and sick. The level of FBI mismanagement under the past three FBI Directors (Mueller, Comey and Wray) is atrocious. The FBI spends on average $42 million a year on secret informants with at least one being a child sex offender.

The Department of Justice Inspector General released a report yesterday that covered FBI activities with special informants. The report entitled, “Audit of Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Management of It’s Confidential Human Source Validation Processes“.

IG Horowitz released a video of the report in a tweet yesterday – The results of the report are simply shocking! The FBI was led by crooked cops Robert Mueller and James Comey. Andrew McCabe was the interim FBI Director before the current FBI Director, Chris Wray, took the helm. It is no wonder with such corrupt leadership that the FBI is in such a mess.

The IG report states that the FBI has spent nearly $300 million between 2012 and 2018 on payments to Confidential Human Sources (CHSs). We don’t know the actual spend each year we only know that it averages $42 million a year. It could be that the FBI spent $250 million in 2016 and little the other years. We really don’t know how much was annually spent or to whom, we only know that the amount is extreme –

We also know that the FBI was not properly validating its CHSs. The FBI didn’t comply with its own policies and procedures for managing long-term CHSs. There wasn’t enough people to manage the validation process and so some long-term CHSs may have been assigned to one FBI individuals for years.

A committee consisting of DOJ and FBI individuals did not comply with guidelines regarding CHSs and put pressure on a few HSRC members to keep up. As a result of not reviewing FBI CHSs on a timely basis some CHSs remained active when they should have been closed. The IG states that one individual was a child sex offender and the FBI didn’t believe the individual’s benefits “outweighed the associated risks” –

One has to wonder if the child sex offender was the ‘star witness’ from the Mueller investigation that we pointed out in July, by the name of George Nader? According to a 3-count indictment unsealed Friday, Nader was charged earlier in July for possessing child pornography and for traveling with a minor to engage in illegal sexual acts.

Nader is accused of transporting a 14-year-old European boy to the United States for sex in the year 2000…If the individual referred to in the report was George Nader one has to wonder if the IG reported this because he was already a known informant and child sex offender...
