This week singer/songwriter, Richard Marx, got into a social networking fight on the website Twitter, with actor, Scott Baio. Marx slammed Baio and his wife, Renee, who revealed she is physically unwell with brain tumors. Marx slammed them for what he labeled the harassment of the parents whose children were killed in the Sandy Hook mass shooting.

Baio was accused of referring to the bereaved parents as "crisis actors." For the record, I do not agree with any harassment being directed at the bereaved parents of the Sandy Hook mass shooting. Baio and his wife deny harassing them. Baio's wife apologized to one of the victims' mothers for tweeting items at her account, which she found hurtful. Both women made peace with each other.

During the Twitter fight, Marx referred to Baio as a, "Rapey little twerp." Baio referred to Marx as "little Dicky Marx" and also retweeted an item of a song lyric by Marx referring to burning with desire for a female he refers to as "little girl" on his song "Heart on the Line." That lyric wasn't the best idea. It gave some a certain impression. Marx denied that's what the song meant.

Marx has been slammed online for inciting violence against U.S. senator Rand Paul, whose ribs were broken by a neighbor in an illegal act of violence (see external article excerpt and link below). Marx offered to buy the lawbreaking, violent neighbor a drink. Rand stated Marx's conduct was inciting violence against him, as not long after he received an envelope in the mail containing white powder.

Marx was also accused on Twitter of inciting violence against cyclists with his malicious tweets. Something has clearly gone wrong with Marx, as his behavior has become harmful and he is violating Twitter's terms of service due to this misconduct.

As I read Marx's tweets slamming Baio for attacking others I was struck by the hypocrisy. Marx slammed Baio and "Christians", for as he stated, attacking others online (but who attacks people more than Hollywood). Many Christians denounced Marx's comments on his Twitter page as rude, generalizing and offensive. Marx was being a hypocrite. Years ago Madonna had conscripted Marx's music publishers, Wixen Music, to harass and verbally abuse me over the phone years ago (this was before I completely wrote Hollywood off).

Years ago I had faxed a license request to Wixen Music to remake one of Marx's songs, as his music had inspired me when I was a teen (his music and that of other artists). At the time I faxed the licensing request my phone had been criminally wiretapped by Madonna's private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, a Colombo crime family mafioso in the Italian mafia, who the FBI later interviewed me about on two separate days in November 2005, and used my words and documents to help arrest him 4-months later in February 2006.

In 2008, Pellicano was convicted of everything I stated he and Madonna did in perversely spying on me and others, such as criminal wiretapping, computer hacking to steal data (such as unpublished copyrights and business plans) and spy on others (stealing personal photos, emails and other sensitive files), racketeering and identity theft (my State of Florida ID card and Social Security card were stolen out of my house during one of the many break-ins Madonna commissioned to steal CD-ROMs and DVD-ROMs with updates I authored to my original, unpublished copyrighted catalog, registered with the Library of Congress, with subsequent updates sent for registration as well).

These break-ins to my house were reported to the Miami Shores Police department. There are accompanying police reports I've retained copies of. Not long after the break-ins, Madonna and her cronies in Hollywood began infringing the copyrights on the discs they had stolen out of my home. These are serious crimes.

When I faxed the song licensing request, I did not receive a proper or coherent answer. I telephoned Wixen Music about the matter. After a wait, I was transferred to a woman named Elissa Klein, who was really vile, living up to Hollywood gutter trash image, much like Madonna does on a regular basis. I politely asked for the status of the song licensing request. She stated, "You do not have permission to change the song." When the request was submitted, any proposed changes were to be included on the form in writing and I did so, as I sought to change about 5 words of the track for religious reasons, as one line was a bit racy. However, I sought no interest in his publishing rights regarding the song.

In response to her statement saying I "do not have permission to change the song" confused I politely asked her, "So If I don't change the song, do I have permission to rerecord it?" because her answer was confusing and very vague. Then out of nowhere, this piece of trash, Elissa, loudly growled at me like a literal demon and began screaming "YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO USE THE SONG." I didn't even bother to argue with her, as she was absolutely disgusting. Up until Hollywood, I did not know there were such ill-mannered and nasty people in the world.

Unless your an absolute idiot and sadistic piece of trash looking to verbally abuse someone, why not just state straight away, "you do not have permission to remake the song" or "your licensing request was denied." That's how real businesspeople operate. That's how business professionals speak. And I would have been fine with that.

Real businesspeople are clear, concise, lawful and mannerly. They don't act like trash someone fished out of a dumpster and gave a job in a company. However, this is the problem with Hollywood - you don't need talent or a degree. Rather than the, "Cream rising to the top." The crap routinely rises to the top in Hollywood, which is controlled by dirty, thieving, lazy degenerate criminals like Madonna and the mafia. Hollywood is full of barbaric, thieving, racist trash like Madonna.

That's a big problem with Hollywood. I've never seen such a collection of ill-mannered, low class, guttersnipe trash before. Completely crude, crass and uncouth. They have absolutely no manners or sense of decorum. Just gutter trash. They act like they were raised by animals in a cave. People speak to them politely, showing them manners and courtesy, as any decent human being should do, and Hollywood denizens repeatedly and arrogantly bark at others like trash raised by barnyard animals. They love to bully and scream at others, behaving like raging psychopaths. No one is impressed with that. It just sends the watching world the signal your parents are trash and raised trash.

Some people need a reality check, namely Madonna. I didn't need to use Marx's song, so she did this madness in vain and the only thing she accomplished was disgracing herself and bringing him bad publicity on this site, read by millions, and Twitter, also read by millions. Marx's song was not going to make or break what I have been doing. It's just a song that I liked since I was a kid, one of many, so it was sentimental.

By the grace of God I've written more songs than any human being living or dead. Deal with it, witch. It is possible to write thousands of songs. Prince and Teddy Riley, among others, have done so. If you have a gift from God for something, it will be natural to you and you can have significant output regarding the sheer amount of work you are able to do with said gift.

Christian songwriter, the late Charles H. Gabriel, wrote an estimated 8,000 songs that are now famous hymns. Christian songwriter, the late Fanny Crosby, who was blind, also wrote over 7,000 songs that are now famous hymns. Country music songwriters, the late Felice and Boudleaux Bryant, wrote over 6,000 songs, with many becoming top hits.

If you write on a regular basis, the number of songs you've authored will accumulate and pile up before you know it. It's something in your soul and mind that you've got to get out. It's a gift from God that flows from you.

I've been writing music 5 to 6 days a week since I was a preteen. I get song ideas practically everyday. Some songs take more than one day to write, others take minutes. Writing is a discipline. The incident regarding Richard Marx's music publisher Wixen Music, and his rep, Elissa Klein, was meant to bully and harass me, which is illegal. I later found out Madonna had contacted them, and asked them to harass me and be nasty over the phone, in an incident that was completely unprovoked (Madonna knew all my calls, as she's a pathetic loser, who hired Anthony Pellicano to wiretap me, as stated above regarding the FBI case).

In Madonna contacting Wixen Music and asking them to harass, bully and intimidate me, she and they criminally violated the Civil Rights Act, conspiracy laws and stalking and harassment statutes. These are all felonies. You cannot call someone and ask them to harass, verbally abuse and bully someone you are criminally stalking through private investigators, hacking their computers through hackers you pay and tried to kill in acts of vehicular homicide, which are all things Madonna's private eye, Anthony Pellicano, later went to prison for doing on behalf of stars such as Madonna, her cult Kabbalah, her manager Fred DeMann, and others in Hollywood like Tom Cruise and his cult Scientology.

Years prior to this incident, I had contacted Marx's management, Left Bank, as I wanted to submit a song to him, simply because I like his music. Growing up he was one of my favorites. Marx's manager told me not to do so. When I asked why, he stated due to Marx's "legal standing." I took that to mean there was some copyright infringement claim or claims against him I had not heard of then (he really did not elaborate). So I didn't submit anything, as a person can be in bad "legal standing" and it also means a person's right to sue.

Marx's manager at Left Bank wasn't rude to me over the phone. He didn't growl and scream at me like a psychopath, as Elissa Klein at Wixen Music later did over the phone. After he made the statement about Marx's "legal standing" I didn't bother to ask for more details. I was stunned and disappointed because in my mind it meant he was in some kind of legal trouble. Some copyright infringement claims don't go public and are settled quietly by the labels, and the public never hears about them due to confidentiality agreements. I honestly didn't know what to think regarding Marx and what was said. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. However, in recent times I discovered he was sued for copyright infringement. Additionally, I've also since found out Marx has been doing some bad things for his career in Hollywood.

Prior to contacting Marx's management at Left Bank and later sending the licensing request by fax to Wixen Music, I did not know Marx had worked with Madonna in the 1980s. Had I known that I never would have contacted his rep at Left Bank or Wixen Music, as Madonna is a deranged, obsessed psychopath, who has been targeting me for years like a lunatic. Madonna and her cult have contacted people I do business with, and threatened and harassed them. Madonna's cult has contacted my family and friends, and threatened and harassed them. Madonna and her cult have threatened men who tried to date me. One famous individual (not Marx, whom I don't know) was brazenly threatened by Madonna, who barked at him to "back off" stating I'm her "prey." Madonna is an ugly, foul old lunatic.

Regarding Marx, I was later told that he permitted the incident at Wixen Music "for the sake of his career." None of this looks good regarding what Madonna and Wixen Music did whilst representing Marx. Madonna spooled Marx into her madness regarding Kabbalah and I didn't realize it at the time. Marx had not had a hit since 1997's "Until I Find You Again" (it was a moderate hit). They made him all sorts of promises regarding what they would do for his career, but it all failed, just like Madonna's career for the past 20-plus years.

Then, Marx went through a midlife crisis in 2014, divorced Cynthia, the mother of his three children, who was devastated, then married Daisy Fuentes in 2015. I'm pretty sure the latter wasn't God's plan for his life. Marx pursued Cynthia, who in the 80s thought he was too young (7-years younger than she). She gave him a chance and then three kids...and this is what he does later in life trying to recapture his youth. It doesn't say much about human behavior.

I ask you, how is an idiot, washed up singer like Madonna, who is an absolute thief and maniac, going to help your career. They've lead Marx along a bad path. When he started hanging out with them again he went Hollywood, left his wife of 25-years, actress Cynthia Rhodes Marx, then married MTV personality, Daisy Fuentes. I was told by a very credible source that Cynthia, the mother of Marx's three children, was devastated by what Marx did in leaving her and then marrying Fuentes. I was also told by a credible source that Marx cheated and with more than one woman.

Madonna and her cult got Marx on "American Idol" in 2014, but it did nothing to boost his career. Marx's music sales continued to wane. They also got him on a number of television shows for interviews, but once again, it did nothing to boost his career, as his sales remained very low, especially in comparison to what they were in the 1980s and 1990s.

Marx wrote better songs when he was with his first wife. By the way, I thought he was a hypocrite to repeatedly proclaim in a video interview, even a year before his divorce, that he loves his wife (and kept saying it) only to leave her and marry Fuentes. In retrospect it was also disappointing, because in past interviews he stated he wrote his top hits about his (first) wife, Cynthia. Those songs are really good. Only to leave her and marry another woman. I'm left wondering if these songs by Marx that I grew up loving were a lie.

He's posting all these sexual type pics of him and Fuentes, which has to have hurt Cynthia. He's making statements about Fuentes like she's the love of his life, when he was saying the same crap about his ex-wife years prior. Makes him sound like a fraud.

Recently, I heard one of Marx's newer releases from a few years ago and it was okay. He'd done far better work in the 1980s and 1990s. His latest projects just were not him and they absolutely flopped. Marx is a pop singer. His latest project was Marx, in his mid-fifties, trying to break into techno. Yes, techno. I couldn't believe it (Richard, you're not Cher, let it go). This is standard Madonna crap. This has her idiotic influence all over it regarding record songs that are too young for you and dress like a teenager, whilst not fooling younger audiences about your age. It is beneath Marx.

Tina Turner, the Rolling Stones, Journey and many other artists in their 60s through 80s are not recording music that's too young for them, nor are they dressing like they are 18-years-old, yet for decades managed to sell records and sell out arenas/stadiums. Audiences can tell when an artist is not being real.

Marx used to be more of a humorous person in interviews. Since Madonna's Kabbalah cult crap he has turned into a angry, bitter, raging person on social networking, and apparently behind the scenes according to some published reports. I preferred the old Richard who was with his first wife and writing great songs.

This new Hollywood Richard is mean and putting out work not resonating with audiences, as it is not who he is as an artist. I don't agree with his behavior, but I give credit where credit is due. Marx has a good voice and has written some great songs, but since leaving his wife, marrying Fuentes and moving back to Hollywood he's lost his mojo. The music doesn't sound the same anymore. It's lacking now.

Madonna and her cult have given Marx a ton of exposure, but it has amounted to nothing. Marx's music is not selling well anymore or resonating with audiences like it used to do. He's turned into someone they don't recognize and is acting in a manner that is alienating people, via his rants on social networking.

For instance, he released an autobiography in July and has been on Twitter bashing Christians left right and center, as stated above. Never mind Christians make up 75% of America and bought many of his singles and albums in the past (there are references to God and heaven in his past works, such as "Heaven Only Knows" "Like Heaven" "Touch of Heaven" "Now and Forever" and "Playing with Fire" among other songs).

Due to his previous lyrics, some fans thought he was a Christian. However, since Madonna and her cult madness, he is now online displaying a massive hatred for Christians, which is standard behavior from Hollywood, who claim to be so loving, tolerant and accepting, when they are anything but that. Hollywood has the most hateful people on earth.

Marx has worked with Christians in the past, who've helped his career and put money in his pockets. Marx's current conduct on social networking is an insult to all Christians. Not to mention it is unwise. Marx's book publisher should read him the riot act. He was given an advance (money) for a book and must promote it, but what does he do? Scornfully and hatefully insults the biggest demographic in America. Any Christian who reads his hateful tweets will not be buying his book or anything else by him for that matter, after those hateful anti-Christian outbursts on Twitter.

This week one of Madonna's hackers decided to harass me on Twitter over tweeting about the aforementioned Wixen Music incident. He started tweeting defamatory items. Madonna's hackers have many accounts on social networking that form a bot army.

In fact, last year I had to close my DMs on Twitter as Madonnas hackers, as well as others in the entertainment industry affiliated with her cult kept sending me DMs pretending to be different people ( and sometimes they sent the emails as themselves), then shortly after stating very insane and invasive things regarding Madonna, and demanding to meet with me. Prior to that they kept sending me emails trying to get me to meet with them and I refused. 

In response to my tweets regarding Marx, one of Madonna's hackers began tweeting items to me that had been stated to me before by stalkers in that cult, and that's how I know it was one of her hackers. The piece of trash, using an anonymous account, started attacking me over what I wrote about Marx (by the way, Twitter really needs to bar anonymous accounts, as many politicians and safety experts have publicly requested, as people hide behind fake accounts and target others). Realizing it was one of Madonna's hackers, I started exposing even more stuff to humiliate her.

The hacker tried to paint me inquiring with Marx's manager about sending him a song, as someone looking for a payday via a lawsuit. Defaming me as someone who sent a song to him to sue him (when no such thing ever occurred and he can attest to that), is libelous.

Furthermore, using Madonna's hacker's line of reasoning, let's apply it to chronic copyright infringer, Madonna, who criminally stole countless copyrights, even copyrighted photos of Princess Diana, which the trashbag pop singer infringed.

By Madonna and her hackers' line of reasoning, I guess Princess Diana was looking for a payday off Madonna, when Madonna stole the royal's official, copyrighted photos by infringing them. I guess when Madonna stole copyrighted photos, dance moves and video imagery from singer Tina Turner, Tina was just seeking a big payday from Madonna.

This is how Hollywood trash thinks regarding criminally exploiting others. The evil things they do, they accuse others of committing. In psychology it is known as projection. They do the most evil things and then paint themselves as the victim or the one being exploited when they are criminally exploiting and harming others. They imagine false things about others, then project it upon them as a precursor to their terrible, illegal behavior.

It's also similar to when a rapist tries to excuse his crimes by stating the woman was wearing a short skirt, so she wanted to be raped. That's how crazy, evil people think who see things they want, refuse to control themselves and criminally take it from others. And that's Hollywood in a nutshell - crazy, evil thieves.

I spoke to his manager at a time Marx's singing career had already faded, as he had joined Madonna's Kabbalah (unbeknownst to me at the time) and was making bad career choices that did not suit him. I had nothing to gain from him. Marx's songs were not even charting anymore. If I was trying to target someone in that manner, which I would never do, would I not have chosen an artist who was at the top of the charts at the time.

Richard Marx before he made his debut as a singer and Lionel Richie, who had already released many massive hits as a solo artist and with the group the Commodores. Richie took Marx under his wing and helped him become a star.

I just thought Marx was a talented musician, who wrote really nice songs. I'm not alone in that, because as you can see, prior to Marx's career going on a decline, Lionel Richie heard him sing on a demo tape when Marx was looking for a deal, and also thought he is talented. Every musician has other musicians who influenced them. Even Michael Jackson stated he was influenced by James Brown and Jackie Wilson.

One of Madonna's hackers using a bot account, went on a deranged, insane rant regarding me for posting the story about Madonna and Marx, and said hacker made statements that ended up insulting Richard Marx and other singers such as Mariah Carey who sent unsolicited work to record labels, managers and musicians:

 I responded that Richard Marx and Mariah Carey, among others sent "unsolicited work" via song demos to people in the industry when they were not signed, whilst seeking a deal (I was not seeking a deal from Marx or anyone else). I found an article about Marx and his friend sending the singer's "unsolicited work" to labels and musicians like Lionel Richie, among others:

Madonna's hacker went on a rant on Twitter, stating only a fool would submit unpublished and unsolicited work to others (never mind that's how Madonna, Marx and many others got their start in music when they had no money or connections). In fact, that's how Mariah Carey got signed to a record deal and she's sold way more music than Madonna. Carey wrote and recorded songs with another songwriter, who is a musician that plays instruments (Carey wrote the lyrics, he wrote, played and recorded the music), then sent the demos to labels looking for a deal.

So, was Mariah Carey a fool, "nincompoop" and "as*hole" seeking a big payday via a lawsuit, in submitting her unpublished and unsolicited work to labels and associated entertainment industry companies (producers, managers, ect) or just someone with a talent for music trying to do the work she loves. After all, Carey got signed because of her demos of "unpublished" and "unsolicited" work. And the rest, as they say, is history.

Madonna and her hackers are nothing but arrogant, thieving white supremacist trash, who've never accomplished anything real, honest or decent with their pathetic, dishonest lives. Everything they have in life is through stealing, in felonious acts of grand theft larceny and racketeering, among other things.

Even Marx sent his demos around the industry when he was unsigned, as did one of his friends, who got the tape to established singer/songwriter Lionel Richie. Let's get the story straight. Marx made the demos and gave it to his friend, and they both sent the "unsolicited" and "unpublished" work to established people in the industry. He wasn't some big shot in the industry with connections. Marx was an unsigned, aspiring singer.

These idiot hackers that are posting erroneous rubbish on the internet, which people who know about music and the industry immediately realize as extremely false, need to humble themselves and stop talking out of their butts, regarding subjects they clearly know nothing about and should not be making crazy statements on like lunatics. They're trying to rewrite history and make things out to be more than they are, and need to be seriously humbled.

Marx was not a name in the industry when he got signed nor was Madonna. In the industry way back then in the olden days, Madonna was known as the desperate and "smelly" whore (according to Janice Dickinson) going around having sex with men and women while begging for a record deal. This is in music periodicals and books.

Madonna's vagina must be absolutely no good that it took that many tries with that many people of both sexes for her to finally get a record deal in her mid-twenties (in the end she got her deal when a female executive she had sex with got her a meeting with a music executive who was sick in the hospital). She begged him repeatedly in the hospital and that's how she got her deal (and one Hollywood will forever regret with the massive scandal that's coming concerning her crimes).

Madonna loves to brag about sex, but it is clear she is no good at it and something is lacking with her equipment. Madonna's had sex with Bobby Brown, Tupac and Dennis Rodman, among others, and clearly didn't impress them, as they all dumped her and bragged about other women in books and interviews as the best sex they ever had. In life, it's often the quiet or goofy ones that don't brag who are the most dangerous, skilled and apt at things. But I digress...

It was also published in books and articles that Madonna was eating out of garbage cans in New York before she was signed to a record deal. She stole her way to the top, via mass copyright infringement, but her career went straight into the toilet when I asked, via this site, that the public boycott her for criminally stealing my copyrights. Madonna has not had a hit since (thank you for boycotting hers).

Marx stated in an interview that after African-American Lionel Richie received his "unsolicited" and "unpublished" work via a song demo Marx had made, he encouraged him to move to Los Angeles and work on starting a music career. Marx took his advice, moved to Los Angeles and began working with Richie, who saw Marx's obvious talent.

Marx was also embraced by the late, great African-American singer, Luther Vandross, who also saw his talent. Black people embraced Marx. This is why the vile, Madonna sponsored incident at Wixen Music is all the worse. Madonna is an evil, racist, nasty, hateful, racially divisive person.

Madonna and Wixen Music shouldn't have done it, as it came across as very racist, which really is not something I had believed Marx to be. What am I supposed to think now in light of all of this. There is a pattern of criminal conduct I've noticed from cowardly Madonna, who keeps arranging incidents of inciting white people, particularly white men, to be abusive to me.

I'm a person who loves all the races and equally. Therefore, I find Madonna's criminal misconduct disgusting and very racially divisive in inciting white people to attack black people, especially black immigrants (she has done this regarding me, my family members and friends). It is racist and xenophobic.

One simple fax regarding a song licensing request, using their office form, turned into this, when all these disgusting people had to do was check yes or no on the paper and mail it out to me, which is how normal, non-trash, non-savages do business. However, it turned into attack-the-black-woman-for-no-reason-time. And I'm not tolerating that from anyone.

The fact of the matter is most singers and rappers you now know as famous artists, sent demos to labels, writers, producers, managers and or agents. Many of them sent original work. Some sent cover songs. In more recent times, it is seen as very risky to send original work, as the industry is now run by sick cultists (like Madonna) and organized crime (the Italian mafia, whom Madonna has business ties to), who have absolutely no ethics, manners or sense of decorum.

For the record, I never sought or asked anyone for a record, songwriting, film and or management deal of any kind. I never pursued it. My dad is well-connected in music and I could have gone through him years ago to get a deal if that's what I'd wanted, but that was never my plan.

My dad knows a number of label owners and is friends with music and sports legends. In fact, for many years my dad and the late reggae singer Bob Marley were good friends, to the time of Bob's passing from cancer. My dad is a disc jockey and musicologist, who has done countless interviews with many publications and award winning documentary filmmakers around the world. Bob would come to my dad's shows and they'd talk about music and the latest records. My dad was also lifelong friends with the man who discovered Bob and created reggae music, Clement "Coxsone" Dodd.

If fact, years ago my dad asked me if I wanted to sell some of my songs. I told him I didn't want to, as I'm working on my own company and keeping it independent, to which he said okay (my dad has helped people get deals in music). Therefore, it was never my intent to sign with anyone and I never tried to do so. I have an independent company that I will formally released music and films through, among other items, when I'm ready.

Therefore, Madonna and company need to get off their high horse. No one was begging her or Hollywood for anything. Imagine that, an industry full of rapists, pedophiles, child molesters and thieves out in Hollywood, walking around with their untalented noses in the air, while belittling others such as myself for living an honest life. I don't want to be you lot. You're the scum of the earth.

I placed my label on the backburner for a time to take care of my mom (who has Guillain Barre), work on my forthcoming pharmaceutical drug patents regarding cancer and AIDs, and my copyrights. I've also been finishing up a science degree at university (God willing I will be done in a few months).

In fact, financially my copyrights, inventions and or patents are worth significantly more than thieving Madonna. I need to state these things as a reality check for some arrogant people, who wish to paint me in a false light, while criminally exploiting, terrorizing and harassing me and my family.

Financially my copyrights, inventions and or patents are worth significantly more than what Richard Marx has earned as well, whom Madonna's idiotic hacker on Twitter falsely accused me of trying to exploit, when I contacted his manager and inquired about sending him a song.

Apparently in the minds of Hollywood psychopaths like Madonna and her hackers, saying what is the informal equivalent of hi-I-like-your-music to a singer's manager over the phone, is considered exploitation and grounds for a deranged, ugly, washed up trashbag like Madonna, to insanely and illegally interfere in a matter that was none of her business. Madonna is the nosiest old whore in Hollywood. No one was talking to her. My query was directed at Marx, via his reps, and like a lunatic, Madonna jumped in the middle of it and started acting like a deranged, wild animal with rabies.

I'm not trying to show off regarding my copyrights. It's just facts and they need to be cited, as I was being defamed as something I'm not. Furthermore, Madonna is the one who has been criminally exploiting me and others (click here for Madonna's many acts of copyright infringement). I've never exploited anyone in Hollywood or in any other corporate sector for that matter. I don't go around exploiting people. No one can ever say I exploited them and there is no proof to that effect, as I've never done that. To make such false and crazy claims is libelous.

In fact, I've turned down offers from well established companies and people in Hollywood (even Diddy). Thanks to Madonna and her Hollywood cult members' deranged, psychopathic conduct, I reached a point where I can't stand Hollywood and want no part of it. They're completely sick (as seen in the Harvey Weinstein and R Kelly cases, among others).

Hollywood is also full of publicly avowed devil worshippers. I'm a Christian. I want nothing to do with the occult. Madonna's sick behavior has gotten so bad, she sent someone to try to rape and kill me on two occasions (one incident occurred a few months ago where I live in Miami and there was a previous incident that occurred in London, England). Madonna's cult had been threatening to and then began trying to do so.

On September 7, 2021, I wrote to Congress about both incidents, as it was sick and completely criminal (more on that in another article). I'm not safe when I travel or when I'm in my home not bothering a living soul, thanks to that dirty, foul, ugly old madwoman Madonna commissioning sick crimes against me. What kind of dirty, foul old whore sends men (twice now) to try to rape and kill another woman. What kind of trash is Madonna. I provided Congress with the details in the letter, including the hotel the incident occurred in London (I have receipts), and what happened recently where I live, that necessitated police being called and security being alerted.

In closing, I took a business management class and separately a marketing class as a part of my current university science degree (I've taken 4 science/medical classes, among several others as well). For years I have always maintained a strong ethical code in business (I started my company when I was a teen, registering it in Miami).

However, in taking the aforementioned college courses, which I did very well in, receiving high marks, it was a reminder of how criminal Hollywood is as an industry. The exhaustive, highly comprehensive business management course teaches you how to be a CEO, run a bank or retail giant ect. The course has chapters on subjects such as copyright infringement and human trafficking, among other things, denouncing them as abhorrent business practices people should not engage in, especially CEOs.

The 500-page textbook and course are taught all over America at universities. It was an extraordinary amount of work but worth it. Some of the items I already knew from starting my own company. Others items I did not know. Therefore, I learned new things.

The textbook also has a segment on disgraced Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein, who is in Madonna's Kabbalah cult and is her business associate. Weinstein's reprehensible behavior is also denounced in the textbook. It was a reminder of how corrupt Hollywood is that so many of their immoral practices are covered and denounced in this textbook as things CEOs are not to do. It's as though corporate America is embarrassed by Hollywood's well-documented and publicized bad behavior.

I've stated it before and I shall again, most of the people in Hollywood are not real businesspeople. 99% of them are criminals with no talent, ethics or education. They steal and bully their way into the industry, then engage in further criminal tactics to stay in the business.

Side Bar: neither Richard Marx or Wixen Music responded to my tweets. It's very telling. Someone (me) makes a very serious accusation regarding them on a public forum (Twitter) and they state nothing in response. They look guilty (cause they are). Marx answered many people on Twitter, especially those he stated made false claims against him. He's even threatened to sue people on Twitter for making false claims about him in tweets.

However, Marx danced around my tweets about the aforementioned story, even when others commented on it. You have to understand, Richard is a man who cusses people out on Twitter every single day! It could be a politician or an account with 5 followers or 50,000, if they tweet something slick, even if it is not directed to his account, or in his eyes someone falsely accuses him of something, he will drag them all over Twitter in a rant. I tweeted some very serious allegations at him (that are completely true) and not a word or peep out of him.

This is due to the fact Madonna ordered people in her Kabbalah cult not to make any mention of her criminal actions towards me, because as I was told by a very credible source responsible for some of my site exclusives which all later proved true, Madonna, "Doesn't want to draw attention to the terrible things she has done to you." Too bad for her the Judiciary Report gets more views than my Twitter page and Marx's combined. The public knows. Hence them boycotting her as I asked, and everything she has been releasing for years flopping.

As I wrote in a story last week on the Morning News, Marx – the Chicago-born singer best known for the 1980s soft-rock hits “Hold On to the Nights” and “Right Here Waiting” – demanded a sit-down with me after I called him “shameless” in a blog post for a local TV station’s news site.

“Would you say that to my face?” he emailed me. “Let’s find out. I’ll meet you anywhere in the city, any time. I don’t travel again until the end of the week. Let’s hash this out like men.” At first, I thought a reader was pulling my leg. Then Marx sent these tweets from his verified account: “You call me 'shameless' in print in my home town but won’t respond to my emails to define/explain. I call #chickenshit.” That was followed by “Hey @TedMcClelland I'm running some errands. Should I stop and pick you up some tampons?”

So I invited Marx to my neighborhood bar. He arrived in his Jaguar. “Listen,” I told him, “if anything I wrote offended you personally, I apologize. It was meant to be music criticism, and I don’t think any reasonable reader would have taken it otherwise. I didn’t intend to impugn your character.” He still seemed miffed. “You called me shameless in my hometown, where my family can read this,” he said.

At the time, I thought I was special. Marx told me that, despite 25 years of snarky reviews, he had never met face-to-face with a writer who’d gotten on his bad side. I could not understand why an internationally famous musician who’s sold 30 million records – albeit one whose last hit was nearly two decades ago – would be so overwrought over something I wrote on a pissant blog that he’d drive an hour from his suburban estate to a strange bar in a strange neighborhood just to dress me down in person.

But as I’ve since learned, Marx has a long history of getting heavy with local journalists. After a blogger for Chicagoist called him “the Midwest’s answer to Billy Joel,” Marx responded with a series of testy emails. The blogger, who also belonged to a comedy troupe, reenacted the exchange with a friend who donned a Tina Turner wig to play the formerly mulleted singer. Just last month, Marx failed to show up for an appearance on the public radio station, because, he said, it was raining, he had bronchitis and he couldn’t find parking. Rand Paul received a suspicious package at home. He blames a pop singer he claims ‘called for violence.’

May 25, 2021 at 6:05 p.m. EDT - When a suspicious package filled with white powder showed up at his house in Kentucky on Monday, Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) said he knew exactly who was to blame for inspiring the threat: pop singer Richard Marx.

Paul pointed to a Sunday tweet in which the singer behind hits like “Don’t Mean Nothing” and “Endless Summer Nights” said he would buy drinks for Paul’s neighbor, who broke several of the senator’s ribs in a 2017 attack. The intent, Paul argued, was to incite another violent attack against him.

“As a repeated target of violence, it is reprehensible that Twitter allows C-list celebrities to encourage violence against me and my family,” Paul said in a statement shared with Politico, which broke the news of the suspicious package. “Just this weekend Richard Marx called for violence against me and now we receive this powder filled letter.”

Marx, who often tweets about politics to his more than 300,000 followers, countered that his tweet — which appeared to have been deleted as of early Tuesday evening — was simply “a wisecrack about Rand Paul’s neighbor.”...
