German Chancellor Friedrich Merz States He Would Not Send His Child To America And Recommends Other People Do Not Send Their Loved Ones (And He's Right)

In another indicator of America's recent fallen stature and significant decline in the world, the Chancellor of Germany, Friedrich Merz, stated he would not advise his children or other people to go to America for any reason. The Politico website reported, "German Chancellor Friedrich Merz said Friday he would no longer advise young people to move to the U.S. for work or study, citing what he described as the worsening 'social climate' in America."

Chancellor Merz stated, "I would not recommend to my children today that they go to the U.S. to get an education and to work. The social climate that has suddenly developed...even the best educated in America have great difficulty in finding a job.” He also stated, “I am a great admirer of America but right now my admiration is not increasing."

Chancellor Merz is correct. America has hit a steep financial, social and human rights decline. It is currently not safe to visit, study, work or live in America. The government has become lawless and so have some (not all) in the corporate sector. ICE is brutalizing and in some cases killing members of the public, in criminal violation of the law. Recently it was discovered 90% of ICE detentions were unlawful. ICE agents have also been found to be robbing and raping detainees, even children.

The U.S. economy is in a terrible state. Inflation is sky high and projected to get much worse, according to financial reports released this week. Even Walmart is suffering losses (7% earnings decline). Taxpayer money is being stolen at an unprecedented rate, while the American people get less services. Healthcare is being cut. Social services are being cut. Mass layoffs are happening at many corporations, and mom and pop stores. Foreclosures are up. Evictions are up. Homelessness is up (previously estimated to be 750,000 and now 1,500,000 is the figure being suggested). The rich have gotten exponentially richer through theft, fraud and gouging (beginning during the pandemic). While the poor have become increasingly poorer.

Human rights are gone in America. There are members of government and some in the corporate sector bragging they can commit any crime against the public and get away with it (for further proof see the Jeffrey Epstein case where none of the rich and influential people who raped, tortured, killed and ate children have been arrested, while the foul FBI Director Kash Patel does a cover up for them, and steals taxpayer money). The legal system is rigged, so many criminals, especially high profile lawbreakers, easily evade justice via bribes.

The healthcare system is unaffordable and the level of care is very poor. Teachers have been putting forward a gargantuan effort to teach kids in schools, but outside factors are causing this generation to fall behind the notable and significant accomplishments of prior generations. Many students (of various backgrounds and races) are not learning and absorbing information like they used to do regarding prior generations. The teachers can't be blamed for this. The students are heavily distracted and view education differently than their predecessors. This is not a good thing.

The birth rate is declining in America due to the COVID-19 pandemic and people not being able to afford the cost of living in the United States. America is also in danger of civil war and world war. America needs great leadership to solve all these pressing problems but it is not currently present.

One a personal note, as someone who immigrated to America with my mom when I was 9-years-old, I do not recommend it. My mom and I have been subjected to horrific human rights abuses and found that the government is completely corrupt. We lawfully immigrated to America, worked hard, integrated and did our very best. We each worked multiple jobs. What we got for it was treated like slaves, the theft of our house via a fraudulent foreclosure, theft of my valuable copyrights (with statements by the thieves such as "a nigger shouldn't have all that" and "let's rob this nigger" and "you're not allowed to be anything" and "you're not allowed to have anything"), theft of our money, harassment, abuses on the job,  being stalked and terrorized in our home, criminal invasion of privacy, horrendous medical abuses, and multiple murder attempts against our lives. I do not recommend anyone move to America for any reason. Speaking at a gathering of German Catholics in the southwestern city of Würzburg, Merz said: “I would not recommend to my children today that they go to the U.S. to get an education and to work” — a remark that drew applause from the audience. The chancellor explained that “the social climate that has suddenly developed” in the U.S. had become deeply concerning and argued that “even the best educated in America have great difficulty in finding a job.” Merz, who is Catholic, has three children and seven grandchildren. The comments emphasize the growing rift between Berlin and Washington after weeks of public clashes between Merz and President Donald Trump. The German leader — who previously headed the Atlantik-Brücke, an influential network that promotes U.S.-German ties — told schoolchildren on April 28 that the American president had been “humiliated” by Iran and lacked a coherent strategy for the war that broke out in late February following joint U.S.-Israeli strikes on Iranian targets. Three days later, on May 1, the Pentagon, following through on an earlier threat by Trump, announced it would withdraw 5,000 U.S. troops from Germany.

Despite the tensions, Merz wrote on X on Friday that he had “a good phone call” with Trump — the first since the two had publicly clashed — stressing afterward that “the U.S. and Germany are strong partners in a strong NATO.” Berlin has also turned down U.S. pleas for NATO to become directly involved in the Iran war, insisting “it is not NATO’s war” while leaving open only a limited role for German minesweepers in the Strait of Hormuz once fighting ends. The Trump administration, however, has its own view of Europe’s political climate. In its National Security Strategy published in December last year, Washington warned that Europe faced potential “civilizational erasure” driven by migration, weakening national identities and EU policies that allegedly undermine sovereignty.
