NBC Hid Information Regarding Michael Avenatti And Client Julie Swetnick Lying About Brett Kavanaugh

October 27. 2018

Michael Avenatti and client Stormy Daniels have been facing rumors of a sexual affair, prompting her husband to leave her and take custody their daughter

Recent reports published yesterday reveal, the NBC network hid pertinent facts, regarding the lack of credibility of Julie Swetnick, who is the client of crooked attorney Michael Avenatti. Swetnick accused Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh of engaging in gang rape when he was 16 and she 18.

Swetnick claimed Kavanaugh held gang rape parties and she was one of his victims. Swetnick's story did not make sense in that she, an adult, month after month kept going back to the gang rape parties allegedly held by Kavanaugh, then a minor, but never called the police. No one from the school remembers her or these alleged gang rape parties she accused Kavanaugh of throwing.

Swetnick also has a well established history of blackmail, falsely accusing men of rape and she herself was sued for sexual harassment and fraud. Never mind NBC could not confirm or corroborate her story. All of this was conveniently hidden from the public, in order to run with a false story about Kavanaugh, in bids at derailing his confirmation to the Supreme Court.

This week the head of the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee referred Swetnick and Avenatti’s names to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Department of Justice (DOJ) for criminal charges, because they lied under oath and presented false evidence to Congress, which confirmed my previous claims about them lying (Michael Avenatti And His Client Julie Swetnick Referred To The FBI And DOJ For Criminal Investigation Over Lying In The Brett Kavanaugh Case).

NBC hid the fact that Avenatti presented an anonymous witness whose story was so full of inconsistencies it was unusable. NBC also hid the fact no one they called would corroborate Swetnick’s story. They contacted a number of people, some of whom indicated she is a deceitful liar, who had gotten innocent people into trouble prior to her claims about Kavanaugh.

Julie Swetnick

Sensing the story was slipping away, the second woman Avenatti presented told NBC he is twisting her words about Kavanaugh. She backed away from the interview, leaving Swetnick and Avenatti in the lurch regarding their nonsensical claims. Avenatti is a complete fraud to have done this. Swetnick should be ashamed of herself for allowing him to use her in this manner.

They may not think what they did is a big deal, but as prominent newspapers such as the New York Times have recently stated, Swetnick and Avenatti's conduct caused the public to cast doubt on the claims of two other women who accused Kavanaugh of inappropriate sexual conduct. People stopped taking the congressional hearings on the matter seriously. All that for 15 minutes of fame and some money.

Avenatti so wants to be President of the United States, he has used deceitful porn star and stripper, Stormy Daniels, and now liar, Julie Swetnick, to worm his way into political circles he does not belong, as he has a history of very unethical conduct. Avenatti has owed the IRS millions of dollars. He has also defrauded members of the public out of millions of dollars.

Additionally, Avenatti illegally leaked government documents in a matter that resulted in the arrest of the person who unlawfully passed him the papers. Avenatti has done hundreds of self-centered press interviews and made contact with political figures in the Democratic party, using lies and false promises in attempts at gaining influence.

Avenatti has also publicly accused rival political figures of sexism and racism, while he himself has been engaging in that very behavior. Avenatti is a con artist who has sold people his undeliverable dreams of taking down President Trump. Along the way, he has gotten himself into criminal trouble with the Senate Judiciary Committee.

NBC Sat On Information That Undermined Brett Kavanaugh Accusers

October 26, 2018 - In yet another stunning display of media bias, NBC now acknowledges that it had information that undermined the credibility of some of the women who accused then-Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault, but didn’t report it at the time.

On Thursday, Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) referred celebrity lawyer Michael Avenatti and his client Julie Swetnick to the Justice Department. Swetnick, in a sworn statement, accused Kavanaugh of drinking too much, acting aggressive toward women, spiking the punch at parties and orchestrating teenage gang-rapes. Her claims were ludicrous on their face, but the left-leaning media – eager to torpedo Kavanaugh’s nomination for fear he could be the deciding vote in overturning Roe v. Wade – ran with them anyway.

NBC was the worst offender. The network interviewed Swetnick even though it said up front it couldn’t verify her claims. This is Journalism Malpractice 101; you don’t put out possibly defamatory information you can’t verify. Of course, the media was totally okay with doing this if it meant keeping Kavanaugh off the Supreme Court. They didn’t care about the consequences to his family or his reputation.

NBC interviewed Swetnick on October 1. At the time, she backtracked on her key claims regarding Kavanaugh, and undermined her own story. Once her story crumbled, Avenatti released a second sworn statement from an unnamed woman, alleging almost identical claims as Swetnick.

That was on October 3, two days after Swetnick was interviewed by NBC, but three days before Kavanaugh would be confirmed. NBC says it spoke to this woman two days before Avenatti released her statement, and didn’t seem to find her credible. The outlet said the woman told NBC a different story than what was presented in the affidavit.

“Referring to Kavanaugh spiking the punch, ‘I didn't ever think it was Brett,’ the woman said to reporters in a phone interview arranged by Avenatti on Sept. 30 after repeated requests to speak with other witnesses who might corroborate Swetnick's claims,” NBC reported Thursday night. “As soon as the call began, the woman said she never met Swetnick in high school and never saw her at parties and had only become friends with her when they were both in their 30s.” This alleged corroborating witness then told reporters she never witnessed Kavanaugh act inappropriately toward women, but said everyone at these parties drank heavily…
