Michael Avenatti Stole $2,500,000 From Female Client Given Settlement By Former Miami Heat Basketball Player Hassan Whiteside

April 24. 2019

I warned the Democratic party from the beginning in articles that they should not align themselves with Michael Avenatti but they did it anyway and now they're embarrassed and running for the hills.

Disgraced, indicted attorney Michael Avenatti, has been stealing millions of dollars from clients. Avenatti's behavior is reckless, alarming and not making any sense. Avenatti has been robbing his clients of settlement money and is behaving like a mobster engaging in extortion and blackmail (Michael Avenatti Arrested For Extortion (Nike), Tax Fraud And Theft Of Client Money).

First came word that Avenatti robbed a mentally ill paraplegic client, Geoffrey Ernest Johnson, of $3,876,000. Avenatti only gave Johnson $124,000 of a $4,000,000 settlement, which is awful. Avenatti also stole $4,000,000 from You Tube vlogger, Michelle Phan, who is a make-up artist.

This week the mainstream news is reporting that Avenatti stole $2,500,000 that former Miami Heat basketball player, Hassan Whiteside, wired to him, regarding a $3,000,000 legal settlement for the athlete's ex-girlfriend, Alexis Gardner. Whiteside has expressed dismay that the issue was not resolved, as he did his part.

Whiteside wired Avenatti $2,750,000 as the first payment in the settlement. The remaining $225,000 was scheduled to be wired to Avenatti as well. However, all the money did not reach Gardner. Based on his actions, Avenatti only intended to give Gardner $225,000, which is outrageous. A lawyer is not supposed to take such a high contingency fee. It goes by percent and the higher the settlement or court judgment, the lower the contingency fee.

Avenatti promptly used the stolen settlement money, embezzling it to buy a $2,500,000 share in a private jet, one of two he questionably purchased with client money  (The Feds Have Seized Private Jet Belonging To Michael Avenatti). These criminal acts are placing Avenatti's law license in jeopardy, as a lawyer is not supposed to behave in a deceitful, thieving and unlawful manner.

The contents of the legal settlement, regarding the items alleged by Gardner, who worked at a coffee shop and is an aspiring actress, has remained confidential. However, it sounds like a shakedown. Much like Avenatti attempted to extort $25,000,000 from Nike, which got him arrested and indicted on a slew of criminal charges, such as extortion, tax fraud and embezzlement (Michael Avenatti Expresses His Fear Of Going To Prison Due To Criminal Extortion Scheme Against Nike).

Avenatti is potentially facing the rest of his life in prison, if convicted in the 36-count indictment, but he has no one to blame but himself for this predicament. His conduct was motivated by greed and envy, to live a lifestyle he is not entitled to, as he did not earn it. That's one of the main problems with society today. People want to be rich and famous, but do not want to put the work in to achieve said goals. So, they steal from others and end up in criminal trouble.

Michael Avenatti and porn star and stripper Stormy Daniels had sex but are lying about it

Avenatti is not of sound mind. I stated this a year ago and my words keep proving correct. I knew he was crazy when he, as a lawyer, sued a sitting President of the United States, Donald Trump, over an alleged affair he had no proof transpired. First of all, any attorney or person properly familiar with the U.S. justice system knows, it is extremely difficult to sue a sitting president and prevail in court. The Justice Department will instruct judges to throw the case out, as it interferes with the president's ability to do his job.

The only time a case will prevail against a sitting president is when it is a very serious case, such as an internationally embarrassing human rights matter. Case in point, former U.S. President Bill Clinton's human rights abuses against Haitian refugees suffering from HIV and AIDS. While president, Clinton segregated Haitians refugees in detention camps at the U.S. owned Guantanamo Bay in Cuba, based on their HIV and AIDS status. It was embarrassing America all over the globe and human rights lawyers were able to convince a judge to compel Clinton to release the Haitian refugees. Some refugees were on death's door and died days after release.

However, Avenatti suing President Trump (or any president) over the ever-changing and off-keel accusations of a porn star and stripper (Stormy Daniels) regarding an alleged extramarital affair, would not sway the Department of Justice or average federal judge into action or to rule in her favor.

Secondly, when Avenatti clearly lied to Congress, regarding the confirmation hearings of Supreme Court Justice, Brett Kavanaugh, I really knew he was crazy. I was the first to state online that Avenatti's client, Julie Swetnick, is a liar who should have been questioned by the FBI, which would prompt criminal charges for the crime of "lying to the FBI" (October 3, 2019: The FBI Should Have Interviewed Julie Swetnick In The Brett Kavanaugh Case And Here's Why).

What I was not aware of when I wrote the aforementioned article is Avenatti was arrogant and crazy enough to take those lies to Congress. Weeks later Congress announced Avenatti and Swetnick were referred to the Department of Justice for criminal investigation, for lying to Congress and giving them fabricated evidence, which is a crime (Michael Avenatti And His Client Julie Swetnick Referred To The FBI And DOJ For Criminal Investigation Over Lying In The Brett Kavanaugh Case).

For some publicity and money in new clients and interviews with the press, Avenatti lied to Congress, which is very foolish, as it can result is serious criminal charges and prison time. However, he did it anyway, knowing he and his client have been lying. Further proving they have been lying, they began changing their story when discrepancies were exposed by this site and others.
