President Joe Biden has hit another low in his young presidency (and that's the only young thing about it). After a year-and-a-half in office, Biden has ushered in historic levels of inflation, a recession, a financial crisis and a massive number of Americans out of the work force ("the Great Resignation").

Biden is also engaging in record spending with no sure way of paying for it. Biden is proposing a tax hike on American companies. However, a number of these companies had fled abroad due to the U.S. tax rate and wage costs, but Biden's predecessor, Donald Trump, had brought them back. Biden is now raising taxes on said corporations, which will cause many companies to flee America once again.

A new NBC poll released this week has revealed 74% of Americans are of the belief the country is going in the wrong direction under Biden. Nearly 60% of Americans also believe the country's best days are behind it.

Even last month Biden's own Democrats were polled and decided they do not want him to run for president again (CNN Poll Reveals 75% Of Democrats Do Not Want President Joe Biden To Run For Reelection But He Is In Denial). The writing is on the wall, but Biden refuses to accept it. Instead he is trying to spend his way out of bad polls and buy votes by running up the national debt, via programs and initiatives that are not going to pay for themselves. 74% of voters say country is on the wrong track, Biden’s job approval stays low: poll

August 21, 2022 4:19pm Updated - Nearly three-quarters of Americans believe the country is on the wrong track, according to a poll released on Sunday that shows President Biden’s job approval ratings mired in the low 40s as the midterm elections close in.

Representative of the deep dissatisfaction among Americans, 74% say the US is headed in the wrong direction, 58% believe the country’s best days are in the rearview mirror and 61% say they are so steamed they would be willing to march around for a day with a protest sign, the NBC News poll found.

Asked what the signs would say, Democratic voters chose “women’s rights,” “abortion rights,” and “prosecute Trump” — while Republicans said they would tote “impeach Biden,” “protect our freedom” and “protect 2nd Amendment” banners.
