Alec Baldwin Engaging In Obstruction Of Justice In Refusing To Hand Over Mobile Phone To Police Regarding Cinematographer's Shooting Death

January 8. 2022

Alec Baldwin crying after accidentally shooting Halyna Hutchins on the set of the "Rust" movie in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Police want his mobile phone for examination, but for months he has not complied with the warrant to turn it over.

Alec Baldwin and three co-workers have been under criminal investigation in Santa Fe, New Mexico, for the shooting death of cinematographer, Halyna Hutchins, which occurred on the film set of the movie "Rust." Baldwin accidentally shot Hutchins with a prop gun that someone had inexcusably put real bullets in without telling the actor.

A report surfaced this week stating Baldwin is acting in defiance of a police obtained subpoena, which granted them a warrant that was submitted to him, demanding he turn over his mobile phone used on and around the day of the shooting. It has been months and Baldwin has not complied.

Baldwin is having a mental breakdown. He is in complete denial, which is sometimes a mechanism the brain uses to protect itself from complete mental destruction (snapping). This is evidenced by the fact Baldwin did a television interview after the shooting, tating he did not shoot Hutchins, when people on the set of the film "Rust" stated he accidentally did so (not to mention her blood  is all over his clothes on the day of the shooting).

It is believed the incident was also caught on camera. Baldwin was rehearsing to shoot a scene where he was to look at the camera and fire a blank from a prop gun, while the cinematographer films behind a piece of plexiglass, which is not bulletproof. Baldwin fired the gun and the bullet hit Hutchins in her chest, then ricocheted into the leg of assistant director, Joel Souza. Hutchins died on the way to the hospital.

I really do believe this was an accident on Baldwin's part. However, the way the law is set up he does qualify for a manslaughter charge. Now, assistant director Dave Halls and armorer, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, I don't quite believe.
