 Former FBI agent and current agency spy Thomas Edward Caldwell

This is a follow up to the January 6, 2021 article "Democrats Announce Articles Of Impeachment Against President Donald Trump Again Over Capitol Riots While The FBI's Conduct Endangers The Legislature Confirming Previous Site Claims" where I stated the FBI was heavily involved in the January 6, 2021 riots at the Capitol building in Washington, DC.

For many months, I had also warned that the FBI and CIA are a danger to Congress, as the two federal agencies are secretly operating under the premise they run America, not the president (then Trump) or the legislature (Congress). I stated this on November 9, 2020 and prior to that as well, "The problem is that time and time again the FBI and CIA have horrendously shown they think they run the country, instead of the White House and Congress (here). I predict the FBI and CIA, who are Congress' Frankenstein, are going to maul Congress very badly in the not too distant future, in criminal acts that will leave the world shocked and appalled."

My statements from November 9, 2020 proved true on January 6, 2021 via the riots at the Capitol building. More proof has surfaced regarding my claims. This week it was revealed the main person who orchestrated the January 6, 2021 riots at the Capitol building is a former FBI agent, who still works with the agency, and maintains top level security clearance. Navy veteran and former FBI agent who still works with them on select matters, Thomas Edward Caldwell, has been exposed as the Oath Keepers leader who orchestrated the January 6, 2021 riot. I distinctly warned on this site, well before the January 6, 2021 riots, that the FBI and CIA have been scheming against Congress and then-president Trump. There's your proof - Mr. Thomas Edward Caldwell. Furthermore, people are only allowed to keep top level security clearance when they are actively working for the government, openly or secretly on governmental matters.

Additionally, protestors and rioters were waived through by select law enforcement officers, as seen on video on January 6, 2021, because the FBI instructed them to do so. These rioters injured many people and the incident resulted in five deaths.

I don't get paid for writing these articles and I have no affiliation with any government or subversive group. I've been warning about a number of items that later proved 100% true and correct, as seen by my daily readers who've witnessed me publish articles, then weeks or months later see what I stated in the time stamped articles, happen as I earlier exposed or predicted (Exclusives).

To recap, there is a massive power struggle going on in the U.S. government and it has gotten significantly worse in recent years. There are people at the FBI and CIA who are completely unhinged. The FBI and CIA still hold said clandestine view that they run the country, not the president or Congress (however, it should be noted, Obama and Biden have gone along with the FBI and CIA's agenda at every turn, so they basically own them).

As terrible as it sounds, and there is no polite way of putting it, they pose a danger to the legislature and any president who does not go along with their warped agenda. Trump opposed them and they tried to destroy him (Mueller probe and 2020 election fraud). I will state it again, Congress is not out of the woods. They need to get their FBI and CIA under control, as they pose a significant danger to them.

However, for years Congress has given the FBI and CIA wide-ranging spy capabilities and they are spying on the legislature (and others) to extreme degrees. It will be a matter of staying one step ahead of them in the military protecting the legislature and that will be difficult.

Alleged 'Oath Keeper' arrested on charges related to Capitol siege once worked for the FBI and still holds a top-level security clearance, lawyer says

Tue, February 9, 2021, 1:54 AM·4 min read - A lawyer for a man charged for his role in the Capitol siege said he once worked for the FBI. Thomas Caldwell's lawyer requested a pre-trial release Monday on the basis of service-related injuries. Authorities believe Caldwell holds a leadership position in the militia group, the Oath Keepers.

A man who officials say is a leader in the far-right militia group, the Oath Keepers, previously worked for the Federal Bureau of Intelligence and maintains a Top Secret security clearance, his lawyer said Monday.

Thomas Caldwell, 66, was arrested last month and charged with conspiracy related to the Capitol insurrection, after authorities said he was involved in the planning and coordinating of the January 6 attacks. According to charging documents, the Department of Justice believes Caldwell holds a leadership role in the Oath Keepers, an anti-government group made up of current and former military officers and law-enforcement officials.

On Monday, his lawyer, Thomas Plofchan, filed a motion requesting pre-trial release on the basis of Caldwell's numerous physical ailments from service-related injuries. Caldwell, who has denied being a member of the Oath Keepers, is an awarded Navy veteran who has held a Top Secret security clearance since 1979, his lawyer said in new court documents.

He worked as a section chief for the FBI from 2009 to 2010, the records say. He also operated a consulting firm, performing classified work for various sects of the US Government, including the Drug Enforcement Agency, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the military, according to documents filed in court.

"He has been vetted and found numerous times as a person worthy of the trust of the United States government, as indicated by granting him Top Secret security clearances," his lawyer wrote.
