Barack Obama's Former Campaign Manager Slams Elizabeth Warren For Fighting With President Trump Over Her Ancestry Before The Midterm Elections

October 17. 2018

Elizabeth Warren

U.S. President Donald Trump and Senator Elizabeth Warren have been fighting over her ancestry. Warren states she is Native American “Indian” and Trump states she is lying, while facetiously calling her “Pocahontas.” Trump stated he would give $1,000,000 to the charity of her choice if she proved her native American ancestry via a DNA test.

Trump also stated he would have to administer the test, a stipulation Warren flouted. Warren had the test done independently by a friend, which revealed she is .1 % native American. Now she is demanding Trump pay up. Warren is actually waiting for Trump to cut the $1,000,000 check. However, Trump will cut Elizabeth before he cuts that check (LOL).

Trump stated, “Pocahontas (the bad version), sometimes referred to as Elizabeth Warren, is getting slammed. She took a bogus DNA test and it showed that she may be 1/1024, far less than the average American. Now Cherokee Nation denies her, “DNA test is useless.” Even they don’t want her. Phony! Now that her claims of being of Indian heritage have turned out to be a scam and a lie, Elizabeth Warren should apologize for perpetrating this fraud against the American Public. Harvard called her “a person of color” (amazing con), and would not have taken her otherwise!”

Donald Trump

In other news, Jim Messina, the 2012 campaign manager of former U.S. President Barack Obama, has slammed Warren for fighting with Trump weeks before the November 6, 2018 midterm elections. Messina stated, “Argue the substance all you want, but why 22 days before a crucial election where we MUST win house and senate to save America, why did @SenWarren have to do her announcement now? Why can’t Dems ever stay focused???”

Messina is not the only one to slam Warren over this matter. As mentioned on the site yesterday, the Cherokee Nation slammed Warren’s claims that she is native American, as it does not meet tribal criteria. Warren's claims have been causing offense among a number of native Americans.

I’m very familiar with race mixing. My family is a product of it on both sides for generations, as recently as my grandparents. If Warren is as native as she states, the fraction of native American blood in her DNA test, .1 %, should not be that small. She referred to her grandmother and mother as Cherokee. The test should have registered 10% to 25% native American (Cherokee), not .1%.

Obama campaign manager on Elizabeth Warren announcement: 'Why can’t Dems ever stay focused???'

October 15, 2018 03:41 PM - The campaign manager behind former President Barack Obama's 2012 re-election slammed Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., on Monday for releasing her DNA results three weeks before the 2018 midterm elections, potentially hurting Democrats in the process.

"Argue the substance all you want, but why 22 days before a crucial election where we MUST win house and senate to save America, why did @SenWarren have to do her announcement now? Why can’t Dems ever stay focused???" Jim Messina tweeted.

Elizabeth Warren might have actually made things worse with her DNA gambit

Updated 4:05 PM ET, Tue October 16, 2018 - (CNN)Twenty-four hours after Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren shocked the political world with a five-minute video (and a mountain of documentation) aimed at putting to bed the controversy over her claims of Native American heritage, it's becoming increasingly clear the strategy amounts to a swing and a miss.

Warren's goal was to take the issue of her heritage off the table for nervous Democrats and to show that she was ready, willing and able to stand up to President Donald Trump if and when the time came that she was the party's nominee against him in 2020. The problem is that, when you strip away all of the glitz of her well-produced video, you are left with this: There's still no certainty that Warren is, in any meaningful way, Native American.
