It's that time again. The "Britney Spears is still a disheveled mess" post. Spears made another appearance looking a complete mess, with a strange, paranoid look on her face. There were people in slavery and concentration camps that managed to keep it together better than Spears. 

From the bad weaves to the stained clothes and crazy expressions, it all illustrates the extent of her metal problems. However, she is an entertainment show monkey that is unable to function without anti-psychotic meds and mood stabilizers, just to get her out in public and on stage.
